Our son has been attending Mariner for a few months and everyone from the director to the teachers has been extremely welcoming. He loves his teachers Ms Yaneli, Ms Evelyn and Ms Ana and seems to have so much fun in class! The 3 of them have been so loving and kind to him, it’s very comforting as parents to know you’re leaving your child to genuinely caring and loving teachers.

As a physician I know the importance of early childhood development and looked for a program that would go above and beyond. My son is THRIVING having attended mariner Montessori since he was 12 weeks old. He has been in the newborn, infant 1, infant 2 and now toddler 2 classes. He absolutely loves school and will drag his back pack to the front door Sunday evenings asking to go to school. I feel he is so well cared for and genuinely loved by the school staff. We trust the teachers completely and even use some as babysitters over the holidays. We plan to stay at mariner Montessori till our son ages out and we’ll be so sad when that day comes but I know that they have been teaching him and preparing him for that day since he first joined. I would encourage any parent to strongly consider mariner Montessori for their child’s care and education. A huge thank you to Ms Renee, Ms Sandy, Ms Maria, Ms Esther, Ms Claudia, Ms Tania, and Ms Jackie for your love and support of my son.

My daughter was previously enrolled in two different daycares, both of which were difficult experiences due to the lack of care from the caregivers. However, at Mariner Montessori at Galleria, she has had the happiest moments and a wonderful time. She is currently in the Infant 2 class, and her teachers are incredibly caring and loving. They always show genuine empathy for my baby’s feelings, and I feel completely comfortable leaving her in their care. The growth and development I’ve seen in my daughter since she started with them has been remarkable – I’m amazed by her milestones every day.

Me sentí discriminada, por ser honestada y hablarle con la verdad, después de eso me termino bloqueando! Tenía todos los requisitos y por solo decirle que no era nativa así que mi escritura en inglés no era perfecta me descalifico! I would NOT recommend this agency for families or for Nannies!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! After reading through these reviews, I wish I would have sooner before trying to apply to this agency! The nanny coordinator Michelle is extremely rude and lacks basic communication skills. She is unwelcoming, short, and unprofessional. I can’t even believe this agency is still up and running with the amount of times numerous people have complained about the same issues with the same person for YEARS! They do not treat their nanny candidates fair whatsoever! I wasn’t even allowed to finish my application. They literally will ignore the years of experience someone has and how qualified you are for the job smh it’s really a shame how so many people have been negatively treated by this agency and by the same person! I have been lead to believe based on all these reviews and now my own personal experience that this agency is disrespectful, discriminatory, and selective on the people they hire! It really is shame that they won’t hire overly qualified candidates and get their families placed with great potential Nannies!

My son has been attending Montessori School in the Medical Center for nearly 4 years. Our experience at this location has been superb. Each employee is vert attentive to my son, and the care, and affection he receives is second to none. Ms. Sara Sawyer and her staff are the very best of people. If you’re looking to get your child off to a great start in early education, I highly recommend you reach out to Ms. Sara and schedule a tour. Spots fill up quickly, so best to get on the list early.

My younger son attended Montessori Downtown for 3+ years. He was on a full program and oftentimes stayed on campus for 9-10 hours a day. Nevertheless, I barely ever heard him complaining about school, teachers, or students and I, myself, never received a call from his school. He’s grown into a very curious, constantly experimenting, crafts loving, school loving, happy individual and his teachers were absolutely key to that. We’re leaving Montessori Downtown with a heavy heart due to a relocation, but we now have a solid base to build upon. Thank you

This school is absolutely amazing in every way. A real review from me would be way to long and yet I could go on and on about how great they are. My 3 year old child only attended 3 months and in those 3 months there was so much improvement; it was noticeable within 2 weeks. The only reason we had to withdraw from here was to attend a school that better fits my child’s needs. Before the diagnosis I needed to find a place to care for for my child. I tried multiple childcare locations and none had the patience nor the ability to do so. The staff here worked with my child and never gave up. My child was always happy to go to school and always happy at pick up time. Best experience I have ever had. I don’t believe I could ever express how grateful I am to the entire staff. We miss y’all!

I have 2 kids that have been enrolled here for about 18 months (2 years and 5 years old) and they both love it and are doing great! We put the 5 year old in public school to start kindergarten and quickly placed her back in Montessori after 3 months. Once back at Montessori her reading and math skills improved exponentially. She is reading full books on her own after 8 weeks back at MSODT. As for the 2 year old, he is speaking in complete sentences and loving learning. We feel very fortunate to have found such a great school with amazing staff.

Always receptive to feedback, and they would work with me when I needed to adjust schedules, such as transitioning from two naps to one nap a day. They made potty training a breeze, and they let us know when it was time to start sending pull ups and eventually undies! Now both our kids are at the preprinary AKA the “big” school across the street from the school of infants. They are both learning and thriving. We have been happy with the school administration, and both my kids have great friends there. Drop off/ pick up is very streamlined and organized, and the location is very convenient, being close to the med center and downtown!
