My son has been attending Montessori School in the Medical Center for nearly 4 years. Our experience at this location has been superb. Each employee is vert attentive to my son, and the care, and affection he receives is second to none. Ms. Sara Sawyer and her staff are the very best of people. If you're looking to get your child off to a great start in early education, I highly recommend you reach out to Ms. Sara and schedule a tour. Spots fill up quickly, so best to get on the list early.

My younger son attended Montessori Downtown for 3+ years. He was on a full program and oftentimes stayed on campus for 9-10 hours a day. Nevertheless, I barely ever heard him complaining about school, teachers, or students and I, myself, never received a call from his school. He’s grown into a very curious, constantly experimenting, crafts loving, school loving, happy individual and his teachers were absolutely key to that. We’re leaving Montessori Downtown with a heavy heart due to a relocation, but we now have a solid base to build upon. Thank you

This school is absolutely amazing in every way. A real review from me would be way to long and yet I could go on and on about how great they are. My 3 year old child only attended 3 months and in those 3 months there was so much improvement; it was noticeable within 2 weeks. The only reason we had to withdraw from here was to attend a school that better fits my child's needs. Before the diagnosis I needed to find a place to care for for my child. I tried multiple childcare locations and none had the patience nor the ability to do so. The staff here worked with my child and never gave up. My child was always happy to go to school and always happy at pick up time. Best experience I have ever had. I don't believe I could ever express how grateful I am to the entire staff. We miss y'all!

I have 2 kids that have been enrolled here for about 18 months (2 years and 5 years old) and they both love it and are doing great! We put the 5 year old in public school to start kindergarten and quickly placed her back in Montessori after 3 months. Once back at Montessori her reading and math skills improved exponentially. She is reading full books on her own after 8 weeks back at MSODT. As for the 2 year old, he is speaking in complete sentences and loving learning. We feel very fortunate to have found such a great school with amazing staff.

Both of our kids, now 5 and 3, have been at MSODT since they were infants. They have taken excellent care of my kiddos every step of the way. Always receptive to feedback, and they would work with me when I needed to adjust schedules, such as transitioning from two naps to one nap a day. They made potty training a breeze, and they let us know when it was time to start sending pull ups and eventually undies! Now both our kids are at the preprinary AKA the "big" school across the street from the school of infants. They are both learning and thriving. We have been happy with the school administration, and both my kids have great friends there. Drop off/ pick up is very streamlined and organized, and the location is very convenient, being close to the med center and downtown!
