We recently hired CertaPro to repair damaged drywall that was spread all over our two story house following foundation issues. We had the foundation repaired but the interior paint was cracked and peeling and the drywall seams were splitting all over the house but mostly on our 2 story ceiling. It was a huge project that required scaffolding and previous quotes we got were so expensive we just kept putting it off.
CertaPro came out and gave us an amazing estimate and they took care of everything! Franklin and his team were here each morning as promised, they took care to move and cover furniture and other items, they were always professional and polite, they worked very diligently, and they cleaned up every afternoon before leaving. When they were finished we did a final walk through and they were sure to take care of any additional issues without a hassle. The repair work they did is fabulous!! You can’t even see where the damage was before. They also noticed that our front door was worn from age and weather and refinished that as well!
We are beyond pleased with the results and I enthusiatically recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors now!

I highly recommend Fresh Coat Painters of West Houston. Fresh Coat Painters of West Houston did an excellent job in painting the exterior of my house and garage in mid December 2024. I plan to use Fresh Coat Painters for the painting of the interior of my house in the very near future. I am very satisfied with all aspects of the project. Yuri (the owner) came out to do a detailed review of the exterior and was able to give me a very detailed proposal that same afternoon. Miguel was the lead painter who was present every day. He and rest of the crew were very courteous in addition to doing a great job with the details of the project; they were very good about the clean up each day. The communication with Yuri and Nidia (office manager) was excellent as well. After the final walk through with Miguel on the day of completion, Yuri came out a day later to inspect the work and to verify that I was satisfied with the results of the project.

Our experience with Fresh Coat Painters was fantastic! They painted our entire 3,300sqft two- story home interior. They were meticulous from start to finish. Yuri (owner met with us and explained all the options), and he sent a designer to help us pick the perfect color. Claudio came and put the samples up twice so I could be certain of our choices. Our painting team of Braulio, Samuel, and Fernando were so respectful and they were early every day. They told us at the end of each day what the plan was for the next day so we’d know what rooms they’d be working on, they were so precise with their work and cleaned up after each day so our home would still be livable during the process. They even went the extra mile to help hang things back up that required a two-story ladder. We just can’t say enough good things about this team! Finally, Nidia, the office manager was so nice and always very responsive via both text and email. I’m a very picky customer and we would gladly hire this team again. Thank you Fresh Coat Painters, our home now has a high quality paint and looks brand new again!

Excellent work. The new paint looks great. From the time we first contacted them to the time they finished painting the exterior of our 3 story building it took only a little bit more than one week. The previous contractor kept us hanging for 4 months and kept bringing excuses for not starting. We found 911 Painters thanks to my sister in law. And Kevin and his team did NOT disappoint!!! They painted the entire inside of our home, outside of the home as well as patched a few spots that had gotten damaged from a leak. They did the job quickly, but more importantly they did the job RIGHT!!! After they were done we walked the property with the famous blue tape and marked the spots that needed to be touched up. One call and 45 minutes later his guys were there to get it all taken care of! Amazing service and can’t wait to recommend him to anyone needing a painter!!!

Eli said he had top notch crew and I picked his bid despite it being the most expensive. I stopped the job at phase one – crown molding. One “carpenter” who split all 16 ft molding in half for 15 ft walls and nailed them as on picture. This costs $2,000 in labor. He said Texas did not require licensing for carpenters when I questioned the mastery of his carpenter, but no crown molding is done with butt joints and randomly placed nails. He offered to have this replaced and comp for new materials but I either had to let him bring another carpenter he hired based on photos he showed or hire my own carpenter at my expense. When I rescinded the contract, he paid himself $2,000 for the work he knew had to be redone, did not comp for wasted materials ($930) and plied my deposit with additional fees.
In my opinion, Eli does not have crew that follows standards (see pictures) and uses Fresh Coat Painters as a way to give assurances. Fresh Coat Painters is a franchisor only.

I was very pleased from first interaction with Elias until his team completed the job. I received my quote timely as well as I received emails prior to my appointment date with updates, I really like that. We had the exterior of our three-story home painted by OmegaPro and are extremely pleased with their quality of work. OmegaPro provided excellent customer service, a prompt and fair quote, easy scheduling, and a thorough exterior painting (work included walls, gutters, a gate, rails, doors, door frames and window trims). The team was punctual, respectful of our property, tidy and careful with their work, and promptly addressed our concerns and last-minute requests. They even came back on short notice to fix issues caused by another contractor.
This was a challenging job not only because of the height of our home, but also because of the tight space between homes. When requesting to have a wall that is about 5 ft from the neighbor’s home painted, other contractors either refused to paint it or did not come back to us with a quote. OmegaPro found a practical solution to a challenging wall, and this was one of the reasons why we chose them.
