Eli said he had top notch crew and I picked his bid despite it being the most expensive. I stopped the job at phase one - crown molding. One “carpenter” who split all 16 ft molding in half for 15 ft walls and nailed them as on picture. This costs $2,000 in labor. He said Texas did not require licensing for carpenters when I questioned the mastery of his carpenter, but no crown molding is done with butt joints and randomly placed nails. He offered to have this replaced and comp for new materials but I either had to let him bring another carpenter he hired based on photos he showed or hire my own carpenter at my expense. When I rescinded the contract, he paid himself $2,000 for the work he knew had to be redone, did not comp for wasted materials ($930) and plied my deposit with additional fees. In my opinion, Eli does not have crew that follows standards (see pictures) and uses Fresh Coat Painters as a way to give assurances. Fresh Coat Painters is a franchisor only.

They are the best painter in houston!! You can expect a job done professionally and timely. If YOU want a job done GREAT then use Fresh Coat. Here are some things you can expect when you use Fresh Coat; honesty, timely, professionally, nicely, and calmly. I highly recommend them!!!

I could not be more pleased with my entire experience with Yuri, Maria and their team! I'm selling my home, and they made it beautiful going above and beyond the scope of work by painting the laundry room, closets and a spare room so that the presentation would be seamless. Additionally, I had difficulty scheduling a general contractor in time, so Yuri and his team stepped up to tackle lighting and a few remaining repairs. He even went into the attic to diagnose an issue with the ac. He and Maria walked me through the process step-by-step and made me feel well taken care of. I highly recommend them.

Rachel and Eli and the Fresh Coat team are excellent at what they do! They recently helped us paint the full exterior of a 3 story townhome and they just knocked it out of the park. Great communication throughout the process, and the work was completed on time and in-budget. Their work really transformed the place. Highly recommended!

Eli and his team were able to paint over stone exterior on our new build house, where the natural stone clashed with the brick. We found a perfect match to compliment the house. Eli even went back to the paint store to get a second paint color when the original I chose didn’t match our vision. The overall look is perfect!
