She offers modifications so you can choose your level for where you are that day without judgment--and does so with humor and playfulness. The class offers whatever you're looking for in yoga--physical exertion, balance, meditative movement, challenging your beliefs--and you have the space to choose which offers you want to accept.

This is a beautiful studio nestled in the heart of Houston offering a wide variety of classes to meet your every need from Yin to Myofascial Release, as well as delightful outdoor seasonal classes on the Green @MKT. If you are a prop loving practitioner, you will adore this studio. They also host workshops and deep-dive educational experiences.The founder, Kim, is one of the most knowledgable yoga teachers in Houston. Treat yourself - go try a class!
