Jorge was personable professional and kept his composure through my frustrations and patiently explained zTrip vs metro to me and left me with a clear understanding of how to use the services to better serve my needs. He is a definite asset to zTrip and an example of what happens when good customer service meets general kindness. I hope he will be recognized for his exemplary service and genuine compassion!!!

I worked as a recruiter here for a year, until I was terminated for “Unsatisfactory work performance”(according to my unemployment paperwork). That was a fabricated lie just to justify not paying me unemployment. I believe it was because of my age. They brought in a much younger girl for me to train and within a month or so I was fired. What they didn’t know was she and I were former coworkers with a solid work history. Back to the fabricated story. Let’s talk “unsatisfactory performance!” In most cases, I had people ready to get into a car to work, but ztrip ALWAYS had a car shortage. They DID NOT have a car ready! NOT ONE! They used recycled cars. I’d have people ready for weeks and they didn’t have cars for them. They would take “slow paying” people out the cars just to place a new person in a car. Most of those cars were TRASH. They would quit minutes after the new drivers pick them up. The yard had over 20 cars, inside the fence, that were not operable (according to the shop guys). But Management would report the numbers to corporate as if she had cars and I wasn’t getting people in them. Cowardly approach! The lies and deception run too deep and too wide, (from the local Management to corporate) to write it all but I’d suggest you STAY AWAY from this place.. potential employees and contractors. My job ended when I professionally called out Management in an email for not having what I needed to be my best. For the most part, it’s a wooden nickel they’re selling. There’s NOT a lot of money to be made. In MOST cases, drivers cannot make their daily lease (which is outrages-$1,400+ a month). Only those seasoned people with long time clients make decent money. You may have freedom to come and go as you please but you’re still enslaved to this system (LEASE) designed for you to fail.

5 rides and 3 No Show No Call No Nothing - 2 Very Late rides... Called dispatch and said the ride was being book for a priority. 20 mins later No driver. Called and was told they were very busy. I didn't even see any cars in the area. Dispatch said. You are not the only one waiting on a ride. I'm sure everyone was waiting on a ride because they are COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. Of you have to be somewhere important, then DO NOT USE ZTRIP. I do not like leaving bad reviews but I feel this company warrants it. They have the contract with Harris County to provide low cost rides for the underprivileged and disabled and it's a true scam.

Driver 36233 is absolutely the best driver around! Super comfortable ride, always at the perfect speed, and I never arrive late. The car is also spotless. Truly deserving of a 5-star rating!

I'm sharing my feedback concerning this job and the administration people. Stay away from here they're a bunch of liberals with bad with people. They'll promise you that you make a lot but be prepared for 15hr shifts daily just to hit$300 if lucky. They treat you like a number not a person part of there organization. In another world it would be a great place. But remember you have a lease has to be paid on days off. Also, don't get in a wreck that not your fault and be hurt because they don't give a ratass about you. Instead they'll charge you even when car isn't suitable for driving. As for there administration they need to have better customers service with the drivers. These ladies are always in a bad mood.
