I recently had my hair color and grey coverage service with Carson and she did such an incredible job!!! Her knowledge and skill definitely showed in the beautiful color saturation of my hair and she made my greys completely disappear!! And she also gave me a KILLER blow out! 100000/10 would recommend! She knows how to make you feel beautiful and comfortable!

Just recently, I went in for a haircut, and once again, she transformed my dull long hair into a gorgeous, layered masterpiece. I went in today for an appointment with Carson Allen. When we began, she started with a thorough conversation about what I was looking for and we talked through my options. I wanted to cut my hair and add subtle red to my hair. I made it clear that I wasn’t looking for a drastic change. We made clear goals for my appointment and I can 100% say that she is such an attentive listener and very thorough with her process. We decided on applying a Gloss and cutting 4 inches off. She applies her knowledge in a way I understand and was comfortable with. As a person, she’s funny, professional, and talented. The end result was exactly what I wanted and i’m extremely happy. I highly recommend booking with Carson Allen.

I have been coming here for a while and love this place. I have Madison as my stylist and she is the sweetest person I have met. You can tell she loves her job because she knows her stuff, gives me advice and I know I can count on her to be gentle. When I came here the first time I had never had extensions done in my life and she took the time to explain everything and recommended some products and made me feel like I was an extensions veteran. Love her. Love her energy, her spirit and she is just an incredible human. Good job Upper Hand you have a keeper here. Thank you Madison for being extraordinary fabulous.
