Glad I went with my first mind while looking for an ear wax removal specialist. Customer service and atmosphere was top notch. Seeing the before and after of what my ears looked Dr. Erika Wilcox was very professional and personable. She even went the extra mile to get some dead skin out of my left ear canal. I will definitely come back to see her next year.

I drove an hour to find this amazing group of professionals doing what they do best. I highly recommend the ear wax removal service they offer. My hearing is 10 times better now with no wax buildup. The warm sterile water “Ear-igation” spray wasn’t painful at all. Yes, my ear drums were a little tender from being blocked with wax for years I’m guessing. The office is bright & inviting. I’m recommending Memorial Hearing to everyone I know. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment and visit the very professional staff there. I give them 10 stars out of five.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but through reviews, we can identify the truly great doctors and also stay informed. That’s why I want to share my experience so that anyone facing the same problem I had doesn’t make the same mistakes. I was very worried for two weeks and couldn’t do anything. I went to my primary doctor, initially ,but had no success. When I arrived at Dr. Crystal’s office, I was treated with great professionalism from arrival at reception to the moment I left, fully cured of the pain. I must thank Dr. Crystal for thoroughly explaining my condition. She completed the wax removal and cleaning in about 20 minutes. I left very happy and grateful. Dr. Wilcox is truly exceptional! From the moment I entered the doors to the office, I felt welcomed by the Memorial Hearing staff, cared for, and completely at ease for my testing appointments. Huge compliment to the staff who worked diligently on my insurance coverage…Amazing results! The office is immaculate! Dr. Wilcox has gone above and beyond to be sure that my hearing exams were her first priority. She was extremely knowledgable and very well versed on new hearing aid technologies.
