I have worn hearing aids for 8 years and have never worked with an audiologist who is as experienced, knowledgeable, warm and as kind as Dolores Bean. I will never go anywhere else as long as Dolores Bean is the person I will be working with. I have recommended her to a good friend of mine who has been having problems with her hearing aids. She had an appointment at Cosco's this week, which I encouraged her to cancel, and to make an appointment to see Mrs. B before she makes any final decisions. I cannot say enough good things about Mrs. Bean. She makes a difference!
