Houston Transitional Care

Desde que entre al edificio quede encantada el lugar esta hermoso. Tube la oportunidad de conocer en persona el administrador y la directora de enfermeras y son muy amables, yo definitivamente recomendaria este lugar.

Si creen que este lugar esta bonito de afuera, esperen hasta que entren. Esta hermoso el lugar. A mi me gustaria quedar aqui. Es muy lujoso. Y no se diga de la gente. Son muy hamables.

Muy buen servicio, los empleados son muy responsable. Y el servicio al cliente es incompatible.

Houston Transitional Care has been a tremendous help to my loved one. The staff is exceptional, and I truly appreciate how they go above and beyond. Alexis, the receptionist, is amazing she even comes out from behind the desk to help patients personally, which shows her dedication. I remember Alexis mentioning that although she’s the receptionist, she’s also a CNA, and she truly takes her license seriously. I’ve seen her stay over after her shift at the desk to help the CNAs on the floor, feeding patients or passing dinner trays. Hallie, the activities director, is also fantastic. She helps out on the floor, answers call lights quickly, and ensures patients are well taken care of. The ADON is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions with care. Everyone at Houston Transitional Care is great! I can’t remember everyone’s name, but I can honestly say they are all dedicated, hard working, and loving workers. I’m so grateful for all they’ve done. I highly recommend Houston Transitional Care to anyone in need of compassionate and professional care for their loved ones.

Badly understaffed. It can take hours for an aid to answer the call button. PT was infrequent and brief. One day no supper was provided and no replacement was available. There are a few good people working there, but they are assigned too many people to care for.
