The team (Angelly and Connor) arrived right on time, fully equipped, and ready to work. They paid incredible attention to detail, leaving every room spotless and fresh. I have been using this company for 6 months now and things were great but the last 3 scheduled cleanings didn't go as expected. 1. Company needed to reschedule because 1st house was taking longer than expected, which was fine. I chose 2 other days for the same week and they agreed to come out the next day. 2. The next day the cleaner was running but still scheduled to leave at 3PM. I wasn't going to allow them to rush cleaning my home so I canceled that month's cleaning. 3. Today a new cleaner comes out and after cleaning 2 rooms I can't tell it's not going to work out. She really wasn't cleaning just moving things on the counter top. She even started cleaning my kitchen with the same gloves she cleaned the bathroom with. I had to throw out food items because of this. Based on the amount of money I was paying for a monthly cleaning service it can't be hit or miss. Use at your own risk.

Mena B. did an excellent job! Great attention to detail and she is so good at organizing. I love NaturalCare because we have pets. They get the household all tidied up without any harsh chemicals. If you’re sensitive to smells or don’t want little paws and feet picking up harsh chemicals, they’re the perfect service.

I really appreciate Natural Care Cleaning Services & their use of pet safe cleaners. Jonathan was friendly, and had really great attention to detail. Even got stains out of my kitchen tile grout that I had given up on.
