Butch and his team were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Repeatedly I made appointments with Terminex to stomp out this growing problem and they showed up once but never completed a quote or kept scheduled appointments. Orkin delivered on their promises. Now I feel like we are on our way to having the problem solved. Keep up the good work! Thanks!

I had rodent and ants problems that arose all of a sudden at my retail store and I chose Peking over other competitors out there as I saw they are not just expensive but also for a good reason which is their aggressiveness towards pests. Its been two months almost three treatments so far with initial startup cost of almost 500$ that I paid and I still haven’t been able to get them rid of ants. matter in fact I have a pest and lawn treatment store right across from my shop which have a great selection of pesticides that I should/could have tried but I still chose them and now I am regretting. They do have a policy of 2 month free service which they will return incase customer isn’t satisfied which I am not and probably will be using it and trying to do a job myself and take things under my control. They only reason I gave two stars is they did sent out the technician once I called to let them know that my problem is not resolved.

my partner and I used Orkin in the past! they did a good job helping get rid of our roach problem. we now have gave them a call for a new rodent problem due to our neighbors renovating their house and there rodent problem became our rodent problem. they are doing an awesome job helping us catch these rats, and figure out how we can prevent them from coming back to our home!!! hopefully we never see these rats again !!! I will always use Orkin!
