We are very happy with our new closets and wall beds from The Closet Factory. We really enjoyed working with Rick Kaufman on designing special fit cabinets and fixtures for our unique house layout. Rick was very creative and flexible in working with us to come up with (and modify) our designs. And the engineers and design team really goes over everything to manufacturer the final product so that everything fits perfectly. We were so happy that we added another project for our entrance drop zone for our coats and shoed. Thanks Rick as well as the installers, Jesus and Nate (and the designers and manufacturers behind the scene). We're very grateful for our new cabinets and office space and bedrooms.

***BUYER BEWARE*** they are under new ownership and worse than the previous. I had my closet installed July 20th and I'm STILL waiting on them to complete TWO OUTSTANDING ITEMS. One of which they "accidentally" brought out silver hinge covers instead of gold. Turns out it's on backorder... CRAP quality on items they actually make in their shop. UPDATE 12/27/2024 - I was not surprised that the shop called me the day after I posted my original review. Owner sent a guy over to pick up the entire drawer which I refused because I was afraid that they would just install the same crap quality face. Later that day I get a nasty call from the owner asking why I didnt hand over the entire drawer... Today a tech showed up to install the new face which I again refused. See the pictures attached to get an idea of the quality this company outputs. They were also supposed to replace the hinge covers... WRONG color WRONG shape and WRONG quantity. They brought TWO and I need 12. I will be contacting corporate. If you're having the same luck as I am, I suggest you do the same.

I have dreamed of an organized closet for decades and Rocio made it happen. She was able to add features other vendors told me couldn’t work in my space. I am truly in love with the beautiful closet from Closet Factory. Rocio designed the ideal set-up and Solomon built it out to perfection in a short amount of time and was clean, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend Closet Factory, and specifically Rocio as your designer.
