Very pleased how our pantry turned out! It was an awkward spot to work with being under the stairs, but it turned out perfect! Professional and personable service from initial consultation with Dana to installation by Socrates. Highly recommend and hope to do business again!

Ordering process was easy with Dana. She was great on the design and making adjustments after the in-home initial visit. Wait was long after purchase, but I get it, the wardrobe had to be custom made and shipped. Initial estimate of when it could be installed (6-8 weeks) was pretty accurate, so I knew what it was going to be. Quality of the wardrobe is as expected. And it looks great! My only complaint is the edges were not caulked to the wall. For such a high end solution, this seems like a very odd corner to cut to save a few dollars. For a $10 tube of caulk and only a few extra minutes on the install the finished product would look so much more professional. The missing caulk is especially prominent on textured walls, as many high end homes have. Overall a great product we are very happy with. Much cheaper solutions at Ikea, but California Closets is superior quality and I didn't have to put it together. For us, definitely worth the added cost for these two factors alone.

What a wonderful experience we had with California Closets - Houston. The minute we walked into the Woodlands store we were greeted with professionalism (and a warm smile!) by Sharon Lamar. She guided us through the process from start to finish. Sharon incorporated our needs and available space with her extensive knowledge and design expertise. The finished product is amazing and is way more than we ever thought possible. We would also like to acknowledge two very instrumental persons involved in the project - Socrates and Luis were the installers of the two closets. They could not have been more professional. They were on time, polite, respectful of our home and space, and highly qualified carpenters. We will enjoy our California Closets for many, many years!

Everything went well. Dana was really helpful in creating something that would work well for us within a budget. It isn't a cheap solution, but you definitely get what you paid for. It's good looking and functional. I'm happy I went with them.
