My experience with Houston Plans and Permits was amazing. The whole process was very smooth from designing/selecting the plans to making modifications and getting the final set of plans. The team was great to work with, from Daisy, who I believe is perfect in sales. she hears your plans and provides suggestions and doesn't rush you into buying plans. After you have selected the plans, another amazing person takes over, Melanie. She provides you weekly updates about your project to make sure you are updated on every step of the approval process and also answers any questions you might have.
I definitely plan to use them for my next project.

Deysi was such an amazing help to get my family and i to start our process of our new house. She was willing to help us out no matter the circumstances to finally get the approval to start the build of our new home. If i had to restart the process im definitely going back with her again to get the job done. She never hesitated to help us out to get everything right for the approval and she is very easy to work with and communicate with. For that, i will be forever grateful that she guided my family and i. Her ability to communicate with my parents, who are Spanish speakers, helped so much during the process for them to easily understand. I would definitely recommend someone to work with Deysi so they can get the best experience.
