HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have never utilized a cleaning service before but decided to give it a try since I can never seem to get caught up on the little things like crown moldings and bathrooms. Two lovely ladies worked for 4 hours and were SO friendly and nice and did such a great job! They gave me a much needed break and reset. Did a great job on both bathrooms, dusted everything, even did the dishes I fully intended on doing but they beat me to it! Handled all my high touch areas like counters, doors, mirrors, windows, blinds, and stove top. I could NOT be more pleased at the work these super ladies did! I hope the company can match their names against this review to ensure they get the kudos they definitely deserve! Will absolutely use this service again! Thanks!

It’s a nice place and the receptionist at the front was kind. My grandmother stays here for Skilled Nursing. It’s an easy process checking yourself and in and out as a visitor. The nurses were nice too. My grandmother says they take care of her as well.

Brookdale Galleria is our home away from home. My husband and I found refuge here when we had to evacuate our home in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. He is now being superbly treated in Skilled Nursing. And my 104-year old Mom lived here for 8 years and recently enjoyed two weeks of respite care at BG, seeing her friends and friendly staff members. My parents were residents for over three years at Brookdale West University. We moved them in with us in 2022 and over the past several months they have started to decline.
We took a chance and visited the Brookdale assisted living property in the Galleria. We were very concerned about the cost.
The facility is lovely and lots of activities which we loved.
We had the privilege of working with Damira who broke the whole process down.
Once the numbers were put together we realized we couldn’t provide what they needed in our home any longer.
The care is comprehensive and also well planned. Jennifer went out to visit them for a thorough assessment, which changed my thoughts completely about their needs.

This review is specifically for the skilled nursing facility. What a mess – missed medications, left in bed for 14 hours each night, nonexistent communication. Unfortunately I feel many others are actually worse and that’s the scary part.
*** this next section was written after the Bucking ham replied – I generally don’t like or leave long-winded reviews but felt I needed to expand based on their reply ****
I have texted Maria and sent two emails. (not today, yesterday) All have gone unanswered. She did have a conversation with here in our late 3rd week of being there. She told me that it was required my state regulation to have a meeting with 48-72 hours of admission to discuss current state, prelim PT plan and even prelim discharge goals – that meeting never occurred. We didn’t even know there were social workers., or their purpose until the third week. We visited our mother *every* day – we were accessible and not absentee family. We had *zero* meetings with your social workers in almost 5 weeks of her being there. One meeting did get scheduled (in the third week after we ambushed the soc workers in their offices) only to have the social worker not show up to that meeting. She said the Buckingham had “failed” – her word. She talked a good game but after such an admissions failure, she let the discharge process fail just as grandly.
Over the last 3 weeks I have also left multiple voicemails for Faith, Gloria and Ashley (Ashley is in admissions) – no one returned my calls.
My mother takes 5 prescription medicines – 3 of those are Afib or Blood Pressure related. We were discharged with several days of 2 medicines, 1 day of another and none of the the other two. I received 4 calls in the week prior to discharge, all asking me what pharmacy. Well, we went to that pharmacy at 3:30 Pm on the day of the 10:30 AM discharge. None were called in. We had her primary care physician call them in late in the day.
I didn’t intend on getting detailed in this review, only what I intially wrote. If you’re going answer with the same line I got many times of “oh, please call so-and-so” only to find they never return any calls”, then sure – we can discuss this in more detail. I meant what I originally wrote – you’re probably far from the worst of these places and that’s what’s scary.
You sure answered this quickly – like within an hour. If you channeled that type of effort to the patients/residents maybe things would be better.

This is a wonderful “Retirement Community.” The Staff Members are very personable and very professional. During the recent Hurricane Beryl event, the Staffers did an extraordinary job of ensuring the Residents were safe and well-protected from the external effects of the storm. Electrical power was maintained in the building and the Residents were very pleased with the measures taken to ensure their comfort and safety throughout the storm.

Our mom recently moved to the Village of River Oaks Assisted Living. It’s a pristine facility nestled in a beautiful neighborhood of Houston where the staff is warm and caring and the residents are very welcoming. It’s been a wonderful experience from our first visit. The onboarding staff is fantastic and has a keen attention to the needs of every resident aiming to make their new home comfortable and pleasant. Not only is the facility tastefully decorated, it is bright and inviting and offers the care that mom needs and a variety of activities that appeal to a community with a wide range of interests. One of the many things that we enjoy at the Village of River Oaks is the way they cater to not only the residents but also to their families. We’ve enjoyed some delicious meals with mom in the dining room and have observed the staff’s kindness towards the residents and their guests making everyone feel part of this wonderful community. We are very thankful to have found this oasis where mom can feel safe, valued, respected, and happy.

From the moment we toured Atria the 1st time until we moved my mom there, the experience has been amazing! It started with Nicole taking great care with explaining every detail of the assisted community all the way down to the folks that greet you to every caregiver along with the wait staff in the dining area. Everyone is smiling, caring and always eager to help. This has been quite a transition for my mom but everyone has made her feel welcome. The best part is that I know she is safe and in a secured environment. So far so good. I highly recommend.

Recently, I was charged with aiding a loved one find an assisted living facility due to the ability to stay in their current apartment had changed due to health. Not knowing the expense of facilities of this type i was taken back by the amounts I was quoted and the type of care that was rendered and also due to our Uncles cares in life (His Bird, His Pianos, His Paintings, etc) he had certain request that needed to be delivered if he was going to move.
This in mind, my search was not easy. Believe it or not I double booked an appointment and was not able to see Atria Westchase at first but after returning through search I was able to tour the facility and activities and decided to invite the rest of the family to view as well as “Uncle BB”. We were IMPRESSED: the FACILITY itself, the STAFF, the CARE, the FOOD, the PLANNED ACTIVITES, CLEANLINESS, ROOM AVAILABILITY and PRICE.
We decided to make this His new home, and since this decision, Atria Westchase has not fallen short of their word. From first contact Nicole to their director, Administrators and care givers, Hector and his team of nurses and even the maintenance, everyone has a sense and spirit of “Helps” and a smile to go along with it.
I know this job can be difficult, but this team is dedicated to making sure your loved one is taken care of. They make it possible for your loved one to continue to live their life on their own but with assistance, which can range from a little to a lot, but they are there.
It has been a month and a couple of weeks, and he loves it. He’s quiet and stays to himself but they constantly encourage him to get out of his room and stay active (although he hasn’t quite done that venture yet) but they allow him to be him.
He says…”They check on me, make sure im good, get me to dialysis and the food is good, I feel good, I like it here.”
So I think it’s a win for not only Him but Atria!
So, on behalf of my extended family (The Paul Family) and myself, I take this pause at this point of our journey to personally appreciate you for your patience and assistance during this transition and also note you for your constant communication with us concerning his daily activity and care. I am 81 and have been living alone for about eight months. I did not want to leave my house, but I wasn’t eating well and I was having falling accidents. Plus I was 70 miles away from my daughter and grandchildren. My daughter found the Atria Westchase and encouraged me to move there. It was only a few miles from her house. I love this place. The staff is amazing the food is delicious. I no longer have the worries of house and vehicle maintenance nor taxes, insurance, etc..
It is quiet, convenience to medical personnel, and the other residents are very friendly. I no longer need a vehicle as transportation services are available.

I’m pleased to share the very positive experience I’ve had with Lori @Senior Living Specialists Houston.
From the very first conversation with Lori, she was truly helpful and in action immediately. I had less than 2 weeks to find a care home for an 83 yr old elder with Parkinson’s and dementia and within 2 days I had appointments at 4 places, the next week got him moved into one that turned out to be great fit.
The process was all new to me, I knew nothing and Lori did a great job at helping to educate me and alleviate some of the stress of moving an elder into a care home for the first time.
She’s stayed in touch to make sure all is going well nearly 5 months later. I wish more people operated like Lori in their business.
Would highly recommend using her if you need help finding your loved ones a good, caring home.

I just brought my husband home today after a two month stay at Holly Hall SNF. It was a very good experience for him from the first day to the last. The nurses, CNAs, physical and occupational therapists, housekeeping, kitchen and administrative staff were wonderful and they all worked together to make his stay so beneficial that I was able to sleep well each night knowing that my husband was being well cared for. Prior to his stay at Holly Hall, he was in another SNF in Pearland that was absolutely the worst place ever so I was was skeptical at first. He went to Holly Hall not being able to walk, turn in the bed and with a pressure wound he got from the first SNF.
I’m happy to report that my husband is 100% better and able to use a walker on his way to a full recovery. Thank God for the staff at Holly Hall! They’ve given my confidence in skilled nursing facilities again!

I can only speak to the health wing, where my father was for about a month. Facility is woefully understaffed. If you ask the drastically overworked nurses how many patients they are responsible they will respond “I’m not allowed to tell you”. I heard 30 patients to one nurse mentioned by a case manager, and would suspect that is correct. A private sitter came in to watch my father one evening and described it as a “horror movie” with no staff in evidence and patients asking for help as she walked by their rooms. The staff tries, but there is only so much you can do with those ratios. So you will need to pay additional for private caregivers , or stay yourself , to provide the care your loved one should have. This will be additional to the 10 grand per month Holly Hall is charging.
Yes call buttons ( when they work, they frequently do not even work) will ring constantly , unanswered. There is no staff to answer them. If you are standing outside your loved one’s room while they are being changed , don’t be surprised to be asked for assistance by other patients who are trying to get to their room in a wheelchair. TV’s are broken, handles are missing on cabinets and a lot of the hospital style tables that the patient uses from their bed do not work. You’ll have to be very insistent to get any of these items taken care of.
One plus is that the health wing was absolutely spotless. The cleaning crew is very good.

Whomever gave a 4- 5 star to this place has NOT BEEN HERE. The service is horrible!!! They are SHORT staff… The guy in charge has his office PATRIC COLLIER right behind the front desk … He doesn’t care for the patients he is literally there just to COLLECT HIS PAYCHECK. they put any random food in the computer and state that they give milk and other food to the patients which is a LIE!!!!! food comes to the patients COLD… and I experienced everything myself… The staff have attitude problems… Except for the MEDICATION lady… And a guy that was a nurse he is nice. They NEVER SHOWER the patients… But yet… They write on the on the system that the bathe patients and that some refuse a bath. When patients need someone to help…ANY type of assistance they have that ringing for ALMOST OR ABOUT 45 minutes… And there they are sitting and on their phones… Easily making a good paycheck and NO CARE WHATSOEVER for the patients… It’s a shame…a SHAME!!!! that the guy in charge care less for the patients care…. As of what I know he is in charge of that facility. If you love your family…DO NOT!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT take tho this disgusting facility. I hope someone is honest and write a REAL review of this nasty place. They all refuse to even help the patients…which is a SHAME!!!

This facility is by far the worst place to ever take your loved one. Specifically in the rehabilitation clinic. Majority (not all) but majority of the nurses and staff are not equipped to be here. They will not give medications on time, if your family member has a specific diet/nutrition meal plan, THE KITCHEN STAFF WILL NOT FOLLOW PROTOCOL. A family member of mine was robbed (though management replaced the stolen item) stealing should never take place in a facility like this. This place is not safe!!! The owner should reevaluate its medical and health staff. So many violations are seen in this clinic. The only people I commend are the physical and occupational therapist! There are roaches and spiders as well. And some of the staff lack bed side manners. The black man that’s in charge of the facility has no clue on what he is doing or how operate a facility. Negligence upon negligence . He only cares for title not the people.

Sarah Perkins is awesome! She has been helping us get our mom situated after her fall/surgery. We have been throwing questions after questions to her and coming up with different plans for our mom and she has been accommodating us with such pleasantries making this ordeal easier to handle/understand/plan for. Morada has a great asset with Sarah here. She definitely makes this place a location we hope to have our mom reside at. She radiates and warms our hearts.

The staff at Morada Cy-Fair has far exceeded my expectations for providing my father and step-mother with a brilliant community for this phase of their lives. Heartfelt thanks to Nicole, Liza, Catherine, and all the exceptional assisted living leaders for their efforts to hear our needs and ensure my parents, who both have dementia, are living their best life. The care and compassion I have experienced while going through the otherwise heartbreaking process of helping my loved ones with this disease has been a true blessing. After 6 months, my parents have no complaints about the residence. They are comfortable, love the food, and are engaged in numerous daily social activities. All while getting privacy in their own apartment. The medical service comes to see them and help with physical needs. There is a salon for hair dressing and beauty. The front patio is relaxing and welcoming. It’s really a great place.

We were looking for a place for my father in law and found morada, the experience of touring and everything was amazing and we decided to put money down to hold a room. Unfortunately my father in law had to stay longer in the skilled nursing so we informed them we would not be signing a lease. We did not sign any paperwork when giving the check and were told it would not be ran until we sign the lease. Well our check was ran and now it has been over 30 days and I have not received my money back. The office manger has been very rude and acts like she doesn’t know how to do her job. I spoke with the executive director yesterday after the business manager said she couldn’t do anything else for me and the executive manager was also rude and was rushing me off the phone as she told me she didn’t deal with billing. Also have been told multiple times they would call me back and never do. I understand there is procedures but they told me 30 days and I am still getting the run around. The place is great but the staff has been awful after we couldn’t move in.

My mom has been living at Morada CyFair for several months. The caregivers are so attentive and caring. The administration works as a team to see that every resident is well cared for. Plenty of varied activities to please the residents. Take a tour and you will be pleasantly surprised.
