Premier Psychological Services

I have visited Premier Psychological Services multiple times and can confidently say it is one of the most competent and professional establishments I've encountered. The doctor was excellent, and I also had the pleasure of meeting Lera, the clinic's owner, who provided invaluable guidance throughout the process and was extremely supportive every step of the way. It’s truly refreshing to see an owner so involved in the business and dedicated to their clients.

Extremely disappointing after spending over $2600 for my child's assessment with Dr. Dobbins. My child has expressive speech delay and have been struggling in school. I reached out to this office to test her any other learning disability. The doctor spent about 2 hrs testing my child. She later gave me a preliminary report that my child is in the low normal to normal range. Dr. Dobbins advised me that she would contact my child's teacher and her speech therapist to come up with plans and recommendations. She never did. Both the teacher and the speech therapist confirmed with me that she never reached out to them. Now with the new school year, my child is still struggling with focusing and understanding in class. The testing that was done for my child was either incomplete or not properly done. I will reach out to another psychologist and get their opinion and I will seek for my money back. Dr. Dobbins is either incompetent or not taking her work seriously. I reached out to the office and all they did was deny my complaints.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place and their services. Front office is really friendly and professional as well. They helped me and guided me through the process and answered all my questions. Will definitely use them in the future.

A nice experience to meet with the team here, and the results from working with them were agreeable too. Conveniently located on Kirby, and the parking was easy.
