Working with Moe has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life. His coaching skills are best in class, and is always pushing you to be the best version of yourself, in a way that helps you find the motivation and confidence within yourself. He works extremely hard and holds his clients accountable, which is exactly what I needed in a coach. He is the best and I highly recommend working with Houston Family Nutrition!

I just hope I can write this without starting to cry all over the place! I am SO immensely grateful to have found Houston Family Nutrition! Jen Wolfe was an amazing point of contact, very helpful, supportive, informative and helped me get with the program. Then I got Anastasia Le, my nutritionist! Absolutely amazing and worth every single penny! I'd rather pay twice for her than the money I wasted going to my doctor! She listens, is compassionate and empathetic, she takes into consideration the limitations of finances, other health concerns, where I live and what grocery stores are available to me. Then she came up with a plan and has even tweaked that plan to accommodate my days on the road, traveling, lack of refrigeration, you name it! I was feeling so guilty for grabbing a quick junky item when I was on the road and not logging every single thing I ate. She reassured me, that as long as I was making the healthiest choices possible, not to add to my stress level worrying about logging every single bite, or counting every single carb and sugar. She has made me so much more confident about being able to sustain this healthy plan and reducing my stress levels than I ever thought possible! Thank you so much Houston Family Nutrition!!!!

Houston Family Nutrition is such a great clinic! It's very welcoming. Moe, the dietician, is amazing and very kind to all around him. He helps so many people overcome their challenges and biggest roadblocks. I learned a great deal from him during my internship and I was constantly impressed with the knowledge he taught us! Houston Family Nutrition is the best place to go if you have any nutrition concerns or questions. The staff is highly educated and extremely helpful. They work late to ensure you get the best care and never make you feel less than a top priority. Moe will get to know you beyond your health concerns and go out of his way to help you achieve your goals. I could not recommend this place more. 5 stars just is not enough!
