Desoganizado, fui a chequeo prenatal en 2020 alli, de un dia para otro sin notificar ya no aceptaron la compañia de seguro que yo tenia, asi que les pregunte que compañia aceptaban e hice el cambio a otra aseguranza, y no fui a chequeo hasta que me vino mi nueva tarjeta, hoy en junio 2023 recibi una llamada que tengo un bill pendiente con ellos, llame a la aseguranza pero no pueden darme informacion porque no tengo ni la fecha exacta ni ningun otro dato, los llamo de regreso y solo me responden que alguien se va a comunicar conmigo.....lo peor es que alli lleve a mi hija a todos sus chequeos, y nunca me dijeron nada, y de un dia para otro me llega una nota de la aseguranza que tenia que escoger otro pediatra porque el Doctor Elmery (dr de mi hija) ya no trabajaba alli, asi que nunca notifican de ningun cambio importante, si van alli recomiendo estar pendientea de kos detalles

La atención es excelente, solo que cuando uno llama no hay quien responda en español solo en inglés

Came here for all three of my pregnancies and didn’t have anything but good things to say.
I decided to even bring my kids to Pristine Pediatrics. Know this experience was the worst! I had taken my baby in ever since he was a new born and I always let them know my concerns but I felt as if they were always brushed away. I kept getting referred to different places and he is now 1 and we still don’t have a diagnosis.
The most disappointing thing they did was they started the process for my son to start therapies. Everything went well until my job insurance changed and they requested new referral. 2 out of the three were sent out. I kept calling to see what was going on with the third one and every single time I called they always told me it was sent out but I could clearly see from my instance portal it was not there. It wasn’t until a few weeks ago that I find out the clinic didn’t have a PCP contract and it why my insurance was not going to allow the referral. I would have wished they could have told me this sooner so that way my son wouldn’t miss out on things he really needs to help with his development.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Dixie Leung for some time, and she is truly a wonderful doctor—caring, knowledgeable, and skilled. However, my recent experiences with the office have been disappointing.
The scheduling system and online portal are disorganized. On one occasion, my appointment wasn’t properly scheduled, and I ended up only having a glucose test. During another visit, I was assigned to a different doctor without prior notice, and the interaction felt rushed and inattentive.
Additionally, contacting the office has been frustrating. I’ve tried calling over ten times without success, making it incredibly difficult to address questions or concerns.
