I cannot express enough gratitude to the incredible team at SGF Houston - Memorial City! My husband and I consider ourselves so fortunate to have found such a wonderful clinic and staff to help us on our fertility journey. From the very first consultation, we felt seen, heard, and supported every step of the way. The entire team was compassionate, professional, and always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Jacqueline at the Front Desk always started our visit with a smile, and it was a joy to get to know her throughout the process. Bahareh, Chelsea, and Tara were so helpful and always kept us updated on our progress. Dr. Bruno-Gaston was incredible through every step of the process. She kept us informed, answered all of our questions with kindness, and celebrated every milestone with us. To anyone seeking fertility care, I wholeheartedly recommend SGF - Memorial City. My first visit went well, i can admit i was a little nervous but Jacqueline at the front desk was so welcoming and kept me in high spirits. She was extremely supportive, helpful and made my visit go by really smoothly! My visit was with doctor Janet Bruno-Gaston and man!!! She was so wonderful and so sympathetic to my TTC journey. I felt comfortable and relaxed to share my story and my wishes of becoming a mother. Overall a wonderful staff, I’m excited to start my journey with them.

I can't express enough how wonderful Dr Bruno is. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and compassionate throughout our journey. What stood out the most was her ability to truly listen to our concerns. It's rare to find a doctor who takes the time to understand their patients so thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr. Bruno to anyone seeking a caring and knowledgeable physician! We’ve officially graduated from Shady Grove without her we wouldn’t be expecting our first baby! After 4 plus years and many doctors she’s the first person to ever truly care! It’s such a bitter sweet to be moving on, her entire staff is so genuine and always made me feel so positive and hopeful! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our infertility journey!

We came here about a year ago, and it was the best decision we could have made. Honestly they make the process so easy and Dr. Bruno is the best. She takes the time to listen and empathize with you and she gave us real options and success rates for each of them and I am happy to say we graduated just recently expecting our bundle soon. You will not regret going here, the service is great in the office as well, Jacqueline always has a smile for you when you come in, and whenever I called or emailed the staff was quick to help and answer questions.

I fell in love with SGF Memorial City from the very first appointment. Being received with care and understanding from Jacqueline at the front desk, to Chelsea always returning your calls and taking care of business to Jessica with the follow up calls and Bahareh performing the ultrasounds, I felt encouraged as I take on this journey. But I would be remiss if I did not mention my doctor, Dr. Bruno-Gaston! She has shown nothing but compassion on every visit. Her knowledge, compassion, care, beside manner, hard work and dedication truly exemplifies her passion in helping families. Thank you all for all that you do and the care and compassion you show!
