Rentamos un RV, fue el Servicio mas pesimo que hemos adquirido en este lugar, la solicite con dos meses de anticipacion, el dia de levantarla la tendrian lista para las dies y madia de la manana, y la entregaron hasta las cuatro y media de la tarde, no funcionaba muchos de los componente del RV, al ir en el camino saliendo de Houston, se despego un gasque del Roof, al llegar al destino no funcionaba la Refrigradora, los Breiker se Tripping, el tanque de deposito del bano estaba lleno, fue una HORRIBLE experiencia, no lo recomendo, nisiquiera nos dieron una disculpa.

I strongly advise against using this company for RV rentals. Our experience with them during Prairie View’s Homecoming was an absolute nightmare. Michael and Lindsey misled us, repeatedly claiming they were en route for delivery (for which we paid a $600 delivery and pickup fee). Hours passed, and they still hadn’t arrived. When we tried calling, they either put us on hold indefinitely, didn’t answer at all, or told us someone would call us back – which never happened. After repeated calls, I finally reached someone who said the RV was supposedly “there.” However, no one had ever asked us for a specific space number or directions, so how could they even know where to deliver it? Despite our calls, no one provided a clear drop-off time, and by then, it was too late. We were frustrated and disgusted with the complete lack of customer service and attention to detail. To make things worse, they charged our card while we sat on campus waiting. Eventually, they told us the RV was “on the way” – but this was one hour before tailgate entry closed, after we’d been waiting in the heat for four hours with cars packed full of supplies and perishable food. Then, Michael and Lindsey casually informed us they had switched our RV to another vehicle, without notifying us. Only after bringing this up did we receive an email about the switch, which felt incredibly dismissive. When the RV finally arrived, it was much smaller than expected, old, filthy, and completely unfit to accommodate us and our gear. It hadn’t even been filled with water, and the delivery person broke the generator upon arrival. Even without the break, the generator’s breaker kept tripping, so we would have had no power. Despite paying for water, dumping services, and a generator, none of these were delivered as promised. We were so fed up that we sent the RV back and ended up without an RV for the entire weekend. After ten years of tailgating at Prairie View’s Homecoming, this was by far our worst experience. Michael and Lindsey’s lack of customer service and disregard for their clients is appalling. Use this company at your own risk – they’ll take your money without delivering the services you paid for. They will respond but it’ll just be something they copy and paste for every bad review. If you are reading this, please save yourself from this company. Not to mention we lost 590.00 on our parking spot because we had no RV.

0/5 - Do NOT Rent From Them! Where do I even begin? My experience with this rental company was an absolute disaster. I scheduled a pickup for November 8th, with a window between 2:00 and 5:00 PM. I arrived at 2:30 PM and waited over 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. There was a worker in the back office who NEVER came to the front to greet me or inform me that someone would assist me. Another employee came in from outside and didn’t say a word either. Finally, after 10 more minutes, a very polite staff member (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) came over to help. After checking in, we went outside to inspect the camper. It was clear the camper hadn’t been properly prepared for us. The bathroom was dirty from the previous user, and we had to wait for the water tank to fill. To make matters worse, the camper had no working battery. The employee had to search for a replacement, and the only one available was too small, causing the camper’s battery indicator to beep constantly throughout the weekend. The battery never fully charged. To top it all off, the toilet was either clogged from the previous user or had not been properly drained. After just two uses, it became completely blocked and wouldn’t flush. I had to use a broomstick to try and unclog it. I reached out to Chris (I believe his name was) about the issues, and he promised to call me back—but I NEVER heard from him. The fridge also wouldn't stay cold, which made things even more frustrating. Despite all of these issues, we returned the camper in better condition than we received it, yet I’m still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend renting from this company under any circumstances. AGAIN, DON'T RENT FROM THEM!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying my rental from American Dream Vacation, and I must say, the staff was exceptional. Over the past five years, the units have consistently exceeded my expectations, and the service has only improved. I'm eager to continue this client-provider relationship and want to commend the team for their outstanding work. Keep up the great job!
