When planning a wedding it can obviously be the most stressful thing ever and I was in need of finding the best wedding event planner that could help me make my intimate dream wedding come to life in only 3 and 1/2 weeks. As soon as I got off the phone with Caren I knew I was in the absolute best hands and so much weight got lifted off of my shoulders. We vibed so well together her recommendations were amazing and up my alley. She knew what my vision was and truly made it happen. Wedding day could not have bee any better. To the details, the organization, the communication all throughout was truly incredible. I recommend Caren to all my friends and family and ready to plan another event!!

We are beyond grateful for Caren at Piper and Muse. From the very first meeting until the final dance of the night, she went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. Her creativity, attention to detail, and calming presence made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. When my hem and bustle needed a last-minute fix, Caren quickly found a seamstress and ensured everything was perfect, allowing me to dance my first dance without a worry. On our wedding day, everything went so smoothly that we even had to ask if anything had gone wrong—because if it did, we never knew. Caren handled every challenge with grace, never needing to ask us a single question. She coordinated every detail seamlessly, allowing my husband and me to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We will forever be grateful for her unwavering dedication and tireless effort in making our dream day come true.

Caren Cadena helped plan and execute my dream wedding. From the start, she was incredibly personable, organized, and full of fabulous ideas. Caren was able to really hear what I wanted the experience to be like and helped come up with creative strategies to actually achieve my ideas (without breaking the bank)! She provided suggestions based on her prior experiences that were truly game changing. I always looked forward to our meetings because Caren was so kind and fun to work with! She even managed to balance the requests of extended family members in a thoughtful way that took the pressure off of me and my husband. 🙂 Caren was present at my dress fittings, stationary design meeting, food tastings, basically all of the small but important parts of the planning that she definitely did not have to go out of her way for! But she did, because she is that amazing. The day of the wedding, I wasn’t even nervous because I knew she would be there to address anything before I even heard about the problem. She was cool, calm, and collected throughout the event. The Piper and Muse team helped the whole event run so smoothly despite a last minute rain-related change of plans. Both my family and the grooms family absolutely adored Caren and were grateful for her warm demeanor and ability to somehow make everyone happy. I was a bride who had a destination wedding planned by Piper & Muse, who was so good, I have actually procrastinated on writing this review as I did not know how I could possibly do Piper and her team justice. If you are looking for someone who can make your dream a reality, look no further. I am *certifiably* the pickiest person when it comes to design & floral Piper fielded all of my feedback, never making me feel bad, as I sorted through flowers until I found *the* perfect shade of pink. She didn't just meet me where I was -- in the end she upleveled my vision to the max. If you are looking for someone who will make you feel cared for throughout the journey, look no further. I was floored by the kindness and care demonstrated by Piper throughout my journey. She reassured me when I struggled to find the right dress or makeup trial. She always ensured I did not settle for anything. Piper brought along Caren to my wedding weekend, and though I had not even met her before, I felt such warmth from her the moment I met her. The two of them made me feel truly so supported, like I could be myself and be vulnerable and have all of those big feelings you have surrounding your special day. It was so above and beyond anything I expected. If you are looking for someone who will work hard for your wedding, again, hire Piper & Muse. She will ensure your event is amazing. Piper took my scattered pieces of a dream and made a reality more beautiful than I ever could imagine. Honestly, I will never be the same for the wedding weekend I had.

Working with Caren as my wedding planner was an absolute dream! She stepped in when necessary and made sure everything ran smoothly, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. On the big day, I was able to fully enjoy every moment because I knew Caren had everything handled. It was honestly the best day of my life, and I owe so much of that happiness to her. If you want your wedding day to be flawless, stress-free, and truly magical, Caren is the one you need. I will forever be grateful to her for making all of my wedding dreams come true!
