We were very pleased with Jason and Mission/Penberthy Builders from conception, through architectural planning, building and the finishing/follow-up processes. His knowledge and experience was so valuable as we worked our way through planning a home that fit our needs and desires, as well as one that fits our lifestyle on the lot on which we built. We bought our lot for its view as much as for the neighborhood. Jason's educated vision helped us avoid mistakes and definitely enhanced our beautiful final product. Jason and his crews have attended the few follow-up work orders with the same urgency as they had the original build. We are extremely happy with our new home and we consider Jason and Tammy as our friends well beyond the house build. They and their children were very welcome among our post-build Super Bowl Party guests.

When my husband and I purchased property outside of Brenham, we knew that we needed a construction company that could handle a multi-stage project consisting of remodeling an existing home, and new construction of a guest house. We were introduced to Jason at Penberthy Custom Builders and quickly realized that this was the perfect company for the job. Jason's knowledge of construction techniques and attention to detail was top notch. He was intimately involved in all areas of the project, giving cost analysis and options for different aspects of the job. In addition, Jason's quick wit and easygoing demeanor made what could otherwise be difficult conversations, relatively easy. As veterans of home improvement projects, we knew that the strength of a construction company lies in its subcontractors, and this is another area where Penberthy Custom Builders really shines. Their subcontractors are truly experts in their field, and can be trusted to complete the task to Penberthy's high standards. I would be remiss if I didn't also commend the employees that worked directly for Penberthy. Tammy never missed a beat with invoices, and I was extremely pleased with her ability to track the different aspects of the job with zero errors. A shining star at Penberthy was also our job superintendent, David. We were constantly amazed at his attention to detail, and whenever we brought up a concern or an issue to be addressed, we frequently found that David had already noted those issues and moved forward to a solution. The man truly never missed a thing, and it became a running contest between my husband and I to see if we could find something, anything, that David had missed. We never did. Over the course of this project, Jason and David became trusted members of our inner circle, and our friends. If there was a way to award 6 stars to Penberthy Custom Builders, I would. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
