Tuve la mejor experiencia con Juan! Horas antes de encontrar mi vestido había tenido súper mala experiencia en otros lugares y cuando llegué con Juan supe que aquí encontraría mi vestido. Me sentó y me escuchó que era lo que yo quería, sin necesidad yo de tener que ir a elegir entre cientos de vestidos, Juan encontró lo que yo buscaba. Lo que más aprecié es que trabajaron con mi presupuesto y mi visión❤️me hizo sentir muy confidente de mi misma. Mi mamá y yo súper recomendamos a Juan, es una experiencia única ❤️ Me fui de la tienda muy diferente a como llegué, había llegado triste y ya cansada pero salí súper feliz y contenta porque encontré mi vestido de ensueño

My bridal consultant was Cristina. She was a gem to shop with! I told her more or less the style I wanted and the price point I was wanting to stay within. She was quite honest with what she thought would work for me, and we were easily able to narrow it down. Unlike other places where I felt like the consultant was trying to push the sales, I really felt like Cristina cared about helping me make the right choice for me. I’m really glad this process was stress free as could be. I would highly recommend Impressions and an appointment with Cristina!——— Mi estilista fue Cristina. Ella fue una joya durante este proceso! Le dije que tipo de estilo quería para mi vestido y que presupuesto tenía. Ella fue muy honesta diciéndome que me favorecería y pudimos elegir cuales vestidos me mediría. En otros lugares a los que fui sentí que las estilistas estaban más preocupadas por vender rápido pero sentí que a Cristina realmente le importaba encontrar el mejor vestido para mi. Estoy muy contenta que este proceso minimizó mi estrés. Recomendaría infinitamente a Impressions y a Cristina!

Overall my experience while buying my dress was fine, however by the time I was picking up my wedding dress I needed to tailor and fix 3 items. The tailor Ana pin and marked my dress for my right length, after that I was told the price for fixing my dress and I decided to have it tailored somewhere else out of the store. I paid Ana for her time she took to pin and mark my dress. I took my dress in its bag and went home. I had a very bad experience at the lack of costumer service when I realized (already being at home) that she had removed the pins and marks that were already done for my customization, she took off the pins and tags (that I already paid for) so that the other tailor couldn't see them. I called the manager in charge and he did nothing. This how you ruin a business image. Kindness is the most powerful and least costly trait of a person who is in this type of business. After I spent thousands of dollars on my garment $$$$ this would have been the last courtesy you could have shown to your costumer. En general, mi experiencia al comprar mi vestido estuvo bien, sin embargo, cuando recogí mi vestido de novia, necesitaba adaptar y arreglar 3 artículos. La sastre Ana marcó mi vestido para mi largo correcto, después de eso me dijeron el precio por arreglar mi vestido y decidí que me lo hicieran a la medida en otro lugar fuera de la tienda. Le pagué a Ana por el tiempo que se tomó para fijar y marcar mi vestido. Cogí mi vestido en su bolsa y me fui a casa. Tuve una muy mala experiencia por la falta de atención al cliente cuando me di cuenta (ya estando en casa) que me habían quitado los pines y marcas que ya estaban hechos para mi personalización, me quitó los pines y las etiquetas (que ya pagué ) para que el otro sastre no pudiera verlos. Llamé al gerente a cargo y no hizo nada. Así arruinas la imagen de una empresa. La bondad es el rasgo más poderoso y menos costoso de una persona que se dedica a este tipo de negocios. Después de gastar miles de dólares en mi prenda $$$$, esta habría sido la última cortesía que podrías haberle mostrado a tu cliente.

La señora CRISTINA es la mejor me ayudó a buscar mi vestido ella me tuvo la pasciencia para yo elegir el que más me gusto para. Mi boda aparte es tan linda tan cincera para decirme si el vestido se mira bonito o necesito elegir otro que baya acorde ami ,ella es lo máximo ojalá hubiera más personas como ella habla español y inglés es la mejor preguntar por ella si quieren buen trato .las otras chicas son buenas pero cristina es 1000 veces recomendada Dios te bendiga cristina
