No me gustó en absoluto,

My two boys (5yrs and 1yr) have attended this daycare for 1 year. Very large facility with an amazing staff!!!! A family oriented environment where your tots will be happy safe and comfortable . I love that each time I drop off my little ones each staff member greets us by name with a smile and says hello . The facility is very large and very clean with cameras everywhere. Best 24 hour daycare with nurturers that provide great care.

My daughter has been here since 6 weeks old she 18 months now and I’ve never had a issue with these people my kids love them I love them their friendly and clean and attentive and my baby definitely don’t miss a meal and they make her busy enough so that when I pick her up her diaper changed and she go right to bed EASY on me I see the comments made years ago I don’t no what happened but they are excellent now 24/7 daycare and affordable and clean I’m not complaining

I will update this once I talk to the owner/director. First, I love what Robindell has given me. As a single mother recently located to Houston with my young child, I had no resources of childcare that I could trust so I can enjoy life and work in this new city. Robell has proven to be a reliable resource for childcare. My child enjoys every time she goes there is comprehensive programs and fun activities, wow, teachers are homey. This does not discount their impact on my child’s life. With that said, I have been extremely disappointed in how they have handled their power outage this last week. we were all at the mercy of Centralpointless however this is a business and I expected better and more frequent communication from the leadership team. Having a generic message that didn’t change for days on their website was extremely frustrating. The website message should have been updated every four hours. The school should have partnered with other childcare centers that provided 24 hour care and had power to refer their parents to. I know they will likely lose parents over this lack of communication that occurred this past week.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD DONT BRING THEM HERE .They run this place like a mental institution .Staff member (Cherry) is EXTREMELY unprofessional.Upon picking my kid in there was just a sinister vibe the kids were crying looking distressed it was dark and very cold .I tried to give I get the ratio ,but at the same time you can’t just be ignorant to changing diapers and wiping off their faces,your paid to do it.Fellow parents I understand we have to work and go places but not at the expense of our children’s sanity and upkeep.This review won’t help me because my child will never ever come back ,however I advise you that’s reading to take heed.My kids diaper was full !!!!!!Im referring to the daycare center.
