I had to pay the $50 deposit that I've yet to get back. Was given a card and was told would be a few days before the refund could be posted. The refund posted the next day, but I've been trying for 4 days to use it, but am told that it is a technical issue and they can't control technology. I would not trust that you will get your deposit back especially if you don't choose the time share. Plus told that they have "JUST FOR THAT NIGHT" offer. They said would waive the $1000 down payment. That is not true and was escorted out by the salesman when I did not want to pay it. This is a scam and the great reviews, I'm am sure to be from someone that works for their company. I would not trust this.

I attended the presentation on 1/11/2025, signed up, and decided to cancel the very next day on 1/12 after doing some research. I sent emails to Kyra Quinones on 1/13 and 1/14, as well as to Hunter Quinn, the person who signed us up, but received no response. I’ve also left multiple voicemails, sent texts, and followed up via email, but no one has contacted me.
It’s now 1/23, and I still haven’t heard from anyone. Please be cautious—this business seems to have very questionable practices. They promised they would be available 24/7, but that clearly doesn’t apply if you change your mind. Very disappointing experience.
