Great school, with great classes for people with all skill levels. I was traveling for work, and the gym was very hospitable. The coaches are awesome, and we got some really good training in.

I started at Elite about two months ago and I love every minute of it! Since my first day, the coaches and the community have been so welcoming. Coach Jose, Coach Q and Coach Cruz are amazing coaches that really care about their students! I’m happy to be apart of an amazing and encouraging community!

My 5 year old son has been doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 2.5 years at Elite MMA. We knew we wanted him to do BJJ when he was 2 years old, and we found the perfect place with Elite MMA. When you start BJJ early, you're entrusting REAL childhood development to another party, and I wouldn't trust anyone other than the coaches at Elite. Obviously we didn't start him early with BJJ for him to be good at BJJ, our goals were his development: respect, discipline, hard work, listening, focus, teamwork, caring of others, tenacity when you lose or things are hard, safety, and self-defense. 2.5 years later with the same coaches at the same organization, I have so many good examples of why choosing Elite MMA was the right choice: 1) My son plays soccer. When he plays soccer he wins and loses. When he loses, he tries harder. When he wins, he wins graciously. During practice, he hustles... wherever the soccer coach tells him to go, he goes, and he's the first one there. When the soccer coach asks him to do anything, he says "yes, sir." He pays attention. My son also swims, goes to basketball camps, and plays baseball, and in each scenario, he is extremely coachable. 2) In Kindergarten, I've been told that my summer baby son (youngest in the class) is mature enough to tell his teachers when he doesn't understand something. He helps his friends when they need help. He also tells his teacher when he is ready to learn something new. 3) My 5 year old is more responsible than I am sometimes. He reminds me when something needs to happen for school (wearing a special occasion shirt, signing permission slips, bringing his library books, packing a snack for an after school activity). I do not manage his folder, nor his backpack. I'm not saying that my kid is this way 100% because of his 2.5 years at Elite MMA. I am saying with 100% confidence that they MOST DEFINITELY had a hand in it. A story about the time I knew Elite MMA was right for my son... At his first belt test - 1.5 hours long. It was about 6 months after he started, and he was 3, the youngest and smallest at the test. Every time he was paired up with another kid, he lost. He tapped out EVERY SINGLE ROUND. I was sitting and watching on the side waiting for him to start crying, waiting for him to come tell me that he didn't want to do it anymore, waiting for him to say "I'm done." That time never came. He got up off the ground and fought his hardest each and every round. That's when I started telling each person I knew that they HAD to check out this place... called Elite MMA.

I have been training at Elite MMA for close to 3 years now. I started with zero martial arts training and since my first day on the mat everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly. The coaches here are very knowledgeable and are committed to helping students of all skill levels. Training here has been a very fun and rewarding experience. The jiu jitsu and kickboxing classes helped me lose over 40 pounds in 4-5 months without having to change my diet. If you are someone who is looking to combine real self defense, a high intensity workout, and recreation all in one this is the place for you.

One year update: Time flies fast and It has been one year since I joined Elite MMA greenway. I am happy that I have been keeping a consistency of training, that 3~4 classes a day, 6 days a week, and till now it is around 900 classes. We have cardio kickboxing everyday, which is an excellent class for conidtioning and practicing basic techniques (Yes, that's why I don't control eating and still have six pacs). Advanced Kickboxing on Tueday and Thursday, drilling and sparring with partners. Gi Jiu-Jitsu are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday Evening and No-Gi on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. We have excellent coaches, and also plenty of higher belts training and rolling with you. Somtimes in no-Gi/MMA classes, you can put on 4/7oz MMA gloves and mix everything together. If you want more you can always attend the lunch classes and early morning training. I really enjoy training everyday, and I think Elite MMA greenway is an ideal place if you want to keep fit, learning Kickboxing/Jiu-Jitsu/MMA techniques or preparing for fights/competitions. Original post: I have been training in BJJ/MMA since 2018, and recently join Elite MMA greenway. I train in kickboxing, BJJ and MMA here and all programs are awesome. You can choose differents level of classes, from cardio kickboxing requires zero fundamentals to advanced ones including details and techniques. The BJJ gi/nogi classes are very detailed and built up gradually. Even as a BJJ white belt, you can train and roll with high-rank belts (I see black belts regularly training in gym). Besides, there are plenty of opportunities to mix all of them together, doing some MMA sparring with half finger gloves. I feel super good that I can keep learning new things and improve myself. As a result, I highly recommend this place.
