Highly recommend this company! We had wonderful experience with the caregivers that have come to help me care for my mother. They are kind, compassionate, and hard working. We enjoyed the pleasure of working with Irene who has gone above and beyond working with my mom and helping me around the house. I got to know FirstLight Home Care West Houston through VA Hospital, and I couldn't be more grateful. Linh, a care operations coordinator from the office, came over to visit me and checked on me many times. The caregiver, Carol, that they sent to my house was wonderful. She was always on time, very cheerful person, and also a good cook. I wish I could have her 5 days a week. I am highly recommend FirstLight Home Care.

All of the caregivers that they sent to my house are very good. Veronica, Shazia, Amanda, Anahi, and Ana are very good caregivers. They take good care of my wife. They are always busy. Especially Veronica, she is a good cook. She knows how to cook Indian food for us. That is very helpful. We are more than happy with the services we received from FirstLight Home Care.
