I love attending this gym! It’s always clean and the equipment is always available to use! The staff is professional, kind, helpful, especially the coach Jeraldine. Her classes are awesome! She’s encouraging and has helped me stay committed to my health journey. There’s always cool events going on too. I love being part of this community!

This gym is legit. Lots of space, great atmosphere, loads of high quality equipment, and never been crowded when I go (usually in the mid/late am). Great spot!

Best gym I have ever been a part of. Management and staff are great, there is plenty of equipment and off-peak there aren't too many people, so never have to wait for equipment. Genuinely enjoyed coming here for years-only leaving this gym because I'm moving

I've been a member of Facet 7 for almost 3 years now and no other gym have had the impact on my life like this one. The coaches—Mekel, Duy, and Sabrina—are not only incredibly professional but also truly empathetic. They take the time to understand each person's individual needs and tailor their approach accordingly. Thanks to their dedication and guidance, I've seen a remarkable transformation in my strength and endurance. The atmosphere in this gym is something special. The people who come here are kind, supportive, and motivate each other to push harder and achieve more. It's more than just a place to work out—it's a community that I am proud to be a part of. It's a good gym, and the 24-hour access is their best feature. The layout is good, and there is lots of stretching space. Their equipment is only slightly limited ( just lacking more specialized equipment). No classes are included in the base price. Compared to other gyms in houston, it's a little expensive
