Greg was on time to our appointment, he explained every aspect of the process during the inspection and informed us of the price that day. Two days later he emailed us the estimate along with the warranty and engineering information and to his credit the price was slightly less than first discussed.
We hired Duratech approximately 1 week after receiving the estimate to complete the work.
The Duratech employees showed up at 10:00am the first day as scheduled and 8:00am the next two days. They were friendly and organized. They finished a little later than we anticipated but the clean-up and the replacement of the landscaping looks very good.
I will recommend to anyone needing their service, they did an outstanding job!

We had some cracks popping up along the side of our house in the brick. My husband ignored the problem until one of our doors started coming off the hinges. I called Steve at Duratech after I realized that we had to do something quick. He sent someone out same day. I have to say that Steve and his crew were an absolute joy to deal with. They showed up on time the day of the appointment and were completely done by 2pm. What’s more they left my property like they found it. There’s a lot of these companies in Houston, but for my money, Duratech is the way to go. Courteous and providing great customer service, I’ve started telling people from the neighborhood about them. Do yourself a favor, use Duratech.

Gregg's team was very professional, and prompt. They did as we asked about watching out for our spinkler lines and wires. That was important, because it's very expensive to repair, so their attention to that detail was very appreciative. Thanks DuraTech, and we have already started recommending them to our neighbors.

Duratech used wood pieces to shim up the foundation on a block and beam house. This is not per code and I am having to re-do the work that they charged me $7k for.
I also made the mistake of relying on Greg's advice on the amount of venting I need in my crawl space. He assured me that the house doesn't need any additional vents when it realistically only had 1 vent.
The warranty they provide is also not worth the paper it's printed on as they don't follow up and address the issues that came up.
Don't make the mistake I made. I am now contracting with a proper company to solve the issues comprehensively.
