My service experience was excellent. I was suspicious about an inspection completed by another company saying my foundation had no issues when it was just obvious. Duratech did an amazing job on my foundation repair! Their quote was super affordable compared to other foundation companies. They kept constant communication with me during the wait because I requested the service right after Hurricane Beryl hit Houston, to keep me posted about the timing for the project. They give a thorough initial walkthrough and let me know exactly what needs to be done and what will be covered by the warranty so I can make the decision. The workers came out and worked outside the entire day when Houston had heat advisory and they finished the job in 3 days when I needed 14 piers. If you need a foundation company that communicate with you all things before you have to wonder, work hard for their money and are honest, these guys are the one!
