I was shopping for a gold chain for a special woman in my life. Fortunately for me, the clerk, Grace, was able to guide me to a chain that was extraordinary in quality and appearance. She patiently worked with me to determine what I had in mind, and the results were beyond my expectations. The chain had to be ordered and it arrived quickly. When I picked it up today I was astonished by how beautiful it was. Grace did an amazing job of fulfilling my expectations for this special gift... Thanks so much Grace

I live in north Texas and stopped in last year on my way through Houston to check on a 10yr anniversary gift for my wife. Was helped for awhile and never rushed. Found what I wanted and walked out happy. Stopped in this afternoon to get a new necklace chain and found the one I liked and again was treated well and never rushed. Always feel welcome here even though I was looking a bit scruffy in work clothes both times.

It’s a very inviting place. Gracie helped me and my mother find a perfect graduation ring. She was very sweet and patient, didnt mind showing us a bunch of pieces. Will be returning.

Visited this store with my husband on 12/06/24 at 2:00 pm. Excited to look for wedding bands. Unfortunately we did not feel welcome or greeted by either or both of the employees the older woman and the younger one working behind the entrance desk. We still decided to browse through for about 5 minutes giving the employees a chance to offer assistance, however no one ever spoke to us. Showing customer courtesy , I’m not sure how they have all these “ awards” . Will not be coming back. 0 out of 5, would not recommend.

I visited the store for the first time, excited to browse through some jewelry pieces and see what they had to offer. Unfortunately, my experience turned sour quite quickly. An older male associate began to follow me closely around the store, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I tried to address the situation directly and politely asked him why he was following me, expressing that it was making me feel uneasy. Instead of understanding my discomfort, he simply replied, “You’re fine,” dismissing my concern. Feeling frustrated and anxious, I wanted to request to speak with his manager but didn't feel safe doing so in that moment. To add to my discomfort, when I expressed interest in trying on a ring, I was told that I needed to provide a copy of my ID. Given my past experience with identity theft, I strongly believe in protecting my personal information and refused to hand over my ID just to try on a piece of jewelry. Overall, this visit left me feeling more like a suspect than a valued customer. I’ve never felt so uneasy while simply browsing in a shop. I’ve decided it would be best for me to look for another jewelry store where I can explore their pieces without feeling as though I’m committing a crime by wanting to try them on.
