Few major issues. Elevators didn’t work day two. Had to call down and they would send it to your floor. They tell you they have room service. But no room service menu. No room service number. You have to go to website and call the general number who then puts you on hold until the server can take your order. Room service is delivered in styrofoam containers not plate and silverware. Not enough parking if you stay as a guest unless you either want to pay valet or park in the gravel lot. This was an old Hampton Inn with minimal updates. No closet space. Tub leaked water all the time. Water stained ceilings. Tile pulling off shower. This is basically a poker room with a hotel attached. All the money seems to be spent on security for the poker room. You can’t dial from the room phones and reach anyone in the hotel either.

The front desk staff, bar staff were good. However had the following issues: 1.) I noticed a dingy Spot on the sheets 2.) They didn’t replace the bar soap 3.) Came back a day later after the sheets were supposedly changed. And the same spot was there 4.) I informed the manager on duty. I was informed there was nothing they could do about the rate. That I would have to talk to Agoda. I was offered 2 meal ticket. I let it go 5.) Saturday night I walked in and the ironing board wasn’t put back 6.) I noticed the sink was stopped up 7.) I went to take a shower and there was a brown stain on one of the face towels 8.) There was an odd smell when I walked in the room. At a certain point enough is enough. I tried to be understanding, reasonable and patient. But maybe I shouldn’t have been. I was asked why did I wait until check out to list the remaining issues I had. As if constantly complaining about the lack of cleanliness is my job while I’m on a business trip. This is NOT a four star hotel. It’s a 3 star where a nice lobby. They need to have their rating reduced.

Great room. Safe and clean with friendly staff and good dealers. Can't give 5 stars on location because it's not really near anything for travelers but there's easy access to the highway if you have a rental car.

I had amazing Experience there! Staff were so friendly and cooperative. I stayed 2 days and got free cleaning service after day 1. Free board games, coffee, swimming pool made my stay wonderful. My baby had a lot of fun there. Thanks To Them.

One of the best experiences I've ever had!! I stayed in the presidential suite for almost three weeks because I kept extending my stay, that is how much fun I had. The room was absolutely amazing and the bed is so comfortable. I love the sense of community, everyone seems like a happy family! The security presence can be intimidating at FIRST glance but they are all so nice and professional. The longer you stay, the harder it is to leave! God willing,I'm coming back really soon. I met people from all around the world and the food and drinks are amazing! Dashia is a great bartender. I received a bottle of champagne and a wonderful fruit and cheese dish before leave. It was so hard to leave but I will be back soon! The hotel is also in a great location! 5 stars guys!! What a WONDERFUL experience!!!
