5/5 - I had an amazing experience with Burdlife Jewelry! Their products are truly top-notch. I got a permanent bracelet and a necklace, and both have been incredible additions to my collection. It’s been a year, and I still get compliments on the jewelry—it’s become one of my favorite accessories. The quality is unbeatable, and I’d honestly rate them 10/10. Highly recommend!

The staff was very sweet. I was there today to have my nieces anklet fixed. My daughters decided to purchase some jewelry.
1st I want to say we were held back and were not asked if we were ok with them training other employees while fixing her anklet, putting our new jewelry on. I was kind and mentioned that my niece had to drive back to college and also made a comment saying this shouldn’t take long right. I didn’t want to be rude and say please just fix this and add that and move on.
Second I had my piercing done there again and one of my ears has been bleeding since. Then it occurred to me (again my mistake by not saying anything when the lady who was training put earrings on my daughter from the case and were not sanitized) then led me to wonder how many times they done that?
According to my search ears piercing bleeding a lot like in my case can be cause my cross contamination, infection, wrong technique and list goes on.
I have to say that this time it hurt a lot more than the last. And the lady was very slowly pushing in which also made it more painful and not just a quick in and out.
Will update as my ears heal. But please be careful and pay attention, all questions.. don’t end up like me.

Disappointing experience at this store. The quality of the jewelry does not justify the price - everything tarnishes quickly, and the piercers lack professionalism. It’s clear that proper hygiene and training are not priorities here, as the tools are not cleaned properly, and even the manager seems unqualified to handle basic tasks.
Additionally, the store’s concept that everyone talks about isn’t even their original idea. Their pink theme seems to be a direct copy of another jewelry store, pink swan which opened way before them. To make matters worse their jewelry designs are far from unique. I found the same exact pieces on amazon at a fraction of the price and with much better quality.
They also have a very restrictive one week policy which is suspiciously short. It’s also worth noting that many of the 5 Star reviews appear to have been incentivized by offering customers discounts of 10-20%.
On top of that, I experienced unprofessional behavior from the store manager Amanda, who physically shoulder bumped me during my visit. This is unacceptable behavior in any retail environment.
I strongly advise not to shop here.

First, I will say that the staff is so sweet and this is such a cute and convenient location. I came in to purchase a new piercing and have my old one switched out. There was a customer in front of me so I had to wait, which is no problem. Finally, it was my turn, and two staff members struggled to take my piercing out (the old jewelry was purchased here too) so it shouldn’t have been an issue. I noticed that they did not switch out the tools that were previously used on the former client. I asked her to swap everything out to prevent cross contamination, which I shouldn’t have to do at a professional establishment. After several more minutes of them struggling and me being uncomfortable with my safety at this point, I told her I would just come back if there was a master piercer or someone with more experience. I probably won’t come back after that for any piercing matters, but this is a cute store for quality jewelry. I’d recommend a more professional piercer if that’s what you need. Such a bummer 🙁

Selling fake jewelry from Aliexpress. These people aren’t trained properly or professionally. Their jewelry is overpriced. actually goes for .50 while you’re paying $80. And told it’s real and it’s really not! They are learning how to pierce people from YouTube!!!! The jewelry will turn your skin green! Management and the owners should be ashamed for themselves!
