Boost is my favorite Pilates studio in Houston by far. The workouts are very challenging and the instructors are awesome.
I like that it’s clean and simple. It doesn’t have the bright LEDs like solid core or flashing lights like a cycle studio, the music is chosen by the instructor so you get good variety with everyone’s unique individual tastes which I really love! Places with all the bright flashy lights and EDM music stress me out but Boost provides a mind cleansing, grounding, uplifting and relaxing but challenging experience. I love it.

Started pilates last year, been to a few diff studios and this place is by far most challenging. But in a way that you want to keep coming despite the painful parking.
Parking is very limited, they need a private lot or somethimg bc waiting for other people to back out and trying to snag a spot is not fun. And street parking is not an option bc it's full too.
I like the simple studio with no extra things. It holds about 10 people i think which is nice. I hate when there are so many people squeezed in a small space.
The instructors are nice. Their classes are all challenging in different ways. It's not as diverse but honestly i dont care as long as people are friendly.
I think the 4 classes intro classes for a discount make a great way to pull in new clients. And their membership works for all locations so that's what's up.
Overall i recommend boost pilates. I'm hopeful on getting strong arms and toned body down the road!

Boost needs to update their ambiance, vibe, lights, music, and playlists, etc. to keep up with the trend for what is now popular and standard at all the other Pilates studios in Houston. This studio still functions like what was cool 10 years ago - all lights on and bright/normal and soft out of date music (radio edition, never any edm/remixes like everyone else does) playing in the background. It definitely needs to step up to the trends or it will continue to lose clients to the other studios. I still come here when there's a time open I need to workout that day, and all the other studios like Duo, Method, Lagree, or HIP are already booked. You can almost always find an open reservation time here, which is not necessarily a great sign. At least the instructors are all kind! That's a positive!

I moved to Houston 3 years ago and found Boost in a random google search. It was love at first class. As a beginner, I thought I’d feel awkward or out of place, but that was never the case! They are so nice, the instructors never call you out, and the class itself is so much fun! Before Boost, I tried Club Pilates, and they simply do not compare. Boost is a full class of reformer work, with more engaging instructors, more affordable pricing, and the absolute nicest customer service. They’ll email you back in hours, and go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. Seriously. They’ve been so kind to me. 100/100 would recommend them to anyone looking for a good workout and a good time!

Boost Pilates is the best - the only studio I go to in Houston. The instructors are very warm and welcoming, and are encouraging during classes! Highly recommend trying Boost out, you won’t regret it!
