I made the mistake of leaving my 2023 cx 30 turbo car with only 10k miles at Best Collision Center after it got hail damaged. My car was there for nearly 2 months and during this time they did not communicate, not even once. I had to call every week to check to see if there was any progress and every time it was one thing or the other so the only time I've heard from them was when they called me to tell me my car was ready. When I went to pick my car, it was very dirty, the inside and outside and I did notice the paint was not the same color as before when I asked about it, I was brush off with "it is the right color that the dealer gave us". I also noticed it had a lot of scratches and white mist droplets and I was told the car was not detail washed and that was the reason it was like that which I think they should have given a detail wash so I could see if they had done a good job. Well, my mistake for taking the car like that, because when I first drop it off, I had just done a detail wash from inside and outside. next day when I went to do detail wash, I noticed not only the color was very off, but my tinted windows have also scratches everywhere and I know they were not like that before I dropped it off. Also did not have the custom door edge and the door handle inserts that were installed in my car and my vanity mirror lights were not working. I went back to talk to the manager and he was very rude and told me he will submit a claim to the insurance and he asked for my car keys and took the car inside to install some chip off the market door handle inserts that were not even installed properly and were very wrinkled, when I asked how he even feel comfortable giving me the car like that and he yelled at me telling me he was not a machine to do things perfect, and he just peeled the inserts off. At that point, I left because he did not want to take any responsibility and he was yelling at me which I think no customer should have to go through that after being charged almost 10k for the bad service that was provided and as a female I feel very offended for the way I was treated like if I did not know what I was talking about. With all that being said that place has bad customer service. they very antiwoman and will never go back or recommend that place. I was not asking him for perfection, but for respect and to answer my questions in a respectful manner. My car is new and the way the work was done, was not professional.
