I was expecting just a plastic box with my baby girls ashes but received so much more before Christmas. They did a wonderful job and I was so happy to have her ashes back with me for the holidays. Thank you for your caring and support!!

Rebecca and the guy working with her on this day were extremely professional and caring. They are totally sincere and don’t rush you through any of the process. I took my mom here to lay her dog down and can not recommend them enough. We stopped in right before they closed for lunch break and both employees treated us so kindly. Thank you!

We have had many dogs through the years and I will tell you now these guys really take care of you and your little ones. Everyone here is very sweet and very kind and they make the whole process so much easier. Special shout out to Jane, for helping me through this very hard time. Let me tell you that when you need something done they don't just wait around to do it they don't forget to do it they do it right away. Through all the grief I was going through at the time, I had forgotten the name plate engraving. A week later when I remembered, I woke up in a fright as soon as quick email to them hoping I wasn't too late. I don't know how she did it but she made it happen they called me that morning to let me know my little one was ready and they already had the name plate done so that I didn't have to go through more grief. I picked up my boy, Hunter on August 23rd I called before coming and the lady I spoke with was so compassionate, the same lady was there when I picked up my boy and she gave me a hug that I very much needed. I didn’t catch her name, but she was so sweet. The packaging was beautiful, I was happy to have my boy back.
