PetSuites Cypress

No estaba muy segura porque era la primera vez que mi perro Rocky se alejaba de nosotros pues es mi bebé más pequeño y hermoso. Es un perro tan bueno que ni ladra!! Fuimos a dejarlo aquí en Petsuites por dos noches y pues fue el mejor lugar donde podía haber pasado sus primeras dos noches sin su familia. Agradecida de la atención hacia mi Rocky pensé verlo flaco ; a lo mejor triste sin comer. Pero lo encontré como mismo lo dejé. Pude ver en ese fin de semana a Rocky por las cámaras jugando con otros perros y la verdad por una parte lo extrañaba pero por otra me alegraba verlo socializando con otros perros. El personal excelente las muchachas que me atendieron y que atendieron a mi perro en ese fin de semana fueron muy profesionales y atentos. El área de cuidado y las rooms limpias sin mal olor. Todo muy limpio y desinfectado. A partir de ahora ese es mi lugar favorito para dejar a Rocky y quiero que vaya al day care también de ese lugar. Gracias a todo el personal por su buen trabajo y atención hacia los animales!!! La familia de Rocky aprecia su responsabilidad para con los animales. … !!! Thank you and continue this beautiful and amazing job like that everyday!!! ❤️

My dog pillow was given to another dog and the worker lied and stated that it didn’t happen. However, I received confirmation he did just what I stated he did. This facility does not work on the honest system. The male employee also told me my dog let him pick him up. Cesar don’t let anyone pick him up…. I MEAN ANYONE! So it was just 1 lie told after another. Here is a picture of my dog Cesar and here is also his pillow that I got back. Now where’s the lie????

We love PetSuites! The people are so sweet and our pups have always looked forward to going. We also got adorable photos of them for special holidays that were only possible because of how comfortable our girls are there.

He’s going to love daycare here too!!

Our dog, Maverick, started at Pet Suites Cypress in June. He attended puppy preschool. He is also receiving training from Christina. We have been very impressed with the staff at Pet Suites. Maverick loves going to see all his friends there and totally enjoys his playtime and training. We have full confidence in the staff and the administrative staff. Leaving Maverick there we always feel like he is being taken care of like a king. There is no place better than Pet Suites.
