I have been studying SEO for 7 years. I knew SEO but it is not until I started listing to the Best SEO Podcast that i now understand it. I never had the opportunity to send any of my questions on the website, because somehow they answer them in the podcast before i can ask them. I am very grateful for the knowledge i gained listening to the podcast. I only gave them 5 stars because google wont let me give them 6.

I had my company website reworked by EWR digital. I was super excited about growing my business and I thought this would be the perfect route for us. Sadly, this experience has only left me with anger and frustration. My website doesn't rank any better today than it did 4 months ago when Matt made my new website. Pros - New Website looks great, Design is exceptional, Matt is a nice guy. Cons - Didn't fully build out the website, left off a bunch of SEO optimization which his website says you get with a new website build from EWR. Meta descriptions were not done properly, random content was being pulled from each page. We had quite a few 404 codes even after launching the website. He forgot to put a recalibration page up, so I had to write the content for it myself and then sent it to him to get that page up in time for the launch. He came to my shop and did a walk through with me where I emphasized how important recalibrations are to our bottom line. We had duplicate H1 tags. He rushed the launch of the website, he said he would let us know before he launched it. Then he launched it without my knowledge before we could take our old website down. In summary, Matt is a super nice personable guy and that's why I chose him to do business with. I believe people do business with people they like. My expectations were not met and that's why I'm leaving this review to maybe help out the next small business owner. He does not take criticism very well at all. If you need consulting, he's the go to guy as 90% of his reviews are based off of his consulting. For website design, I would look elsewhere.
