I’ve really enjoyed working in this co-working space! It’s swanky and cool, with lots of entrepreneurial spirit. Day rates are very fair with a multi-day pass. Plus quiet places with free use of monitors, common areas with helpful office supplies, and food and drinks (for reasonable purchase). Eric, one of their team leads, has been a pleasure to work with.

We had our end of year reiview and beginning of year planning meeting at WorkLodge in Vintage Park. Mary Helen was warm, welcoming and helpful. The space provided everything we needed, including coffee, fruit-infused water, a refridgerator, and an icemaker. They also provided an HDMI cable and dry erase markers. Everything was easy to access and support was readily available if needed. We would definitely rent a space from them again.

Avoid if You Need Professionalism and Transparency
My experience with WorkLodge has been nothing short of frustrating and costly. From the beginning, I made it clear to their team that I needed a physical office space with a lease agreement meeting the USCIS requirements for my L-1 visa application. Despite multiple conversations, assurances, and a walkthrough of their facility, WorkLodge provided me with a license agreement—not a lease—which did not meet USCIS standards.
Their team was fully aware of my visa requirements, and I trusted them to deliver on what was promised. Instead, they misrepresented a shared office space as a “physical office” and knowingly issued an outdated license agreement. This mistake has cost me my visa opportunity and forced me to withdraw my application, shutting down my business plans in the U.S. entirely. I invested over $20,000 in legal fees and months of effort preparing my application, only to have it rejected because of WorkLodge’s failure to provide the correct type of space and agreement.
Even worse, I never had a chance to use the office. I couldn’t even pick up the access keys or set up any part of my business within their space, yet they still demanded payment for an entire year. Now, they’re billing me $6,080 for the remainder of the contract, with threats of involving a collection agency. Their response to my situation shows they prioritize profit over customer needs, and they lack empathy or accountability for the consequences of their own misrepresentation.
For anyone considering WorkLodge, be extremely cautious and review every part of their contract—especially on page 5, which reveals it’s a license agreement, not a lease. This clause restricts you from subletting or transferring the agreement, meaning you’re locked in with no flexibility. The “office” they advertise as a private space is, in reality, a shared, virtual setup. This is not suitable for visa applications or for any business requiring a legitimate, physical office.
Trust is essential in business relationships, and WorkLodge has abused mine. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values honesty, professionalism, and client support. There are other providers who genuinely care about helping businesses succeed without resorting to misleading tactics. Save yourself the time, money, and headache—look elsewhere if you need a genuine, professional office environment.

What can I say? It's the perfect place to have an office. Friendly staff, very professional (kinda love these guys), clean and decorated kind of hip. Great coffee bar! Perfect location, can't get any better!
