This may be the best co-working concept I've ever seen. It's the ultimate in comfort: great offices, meeting rooms, common areas, plenty of parking, shared services, and food and coffee stations. The entire environment is upscale and modern, and they offer seminars for entrepreneurial office tenants, too.
