I have been treated so exceptional by Maria Ngo and Ana Garcia for 11 years! This year, I submitted all my data to Maria on 2/23/24. Maria and I were working on itemized versus taking the standard deduction amount. We had a conference call scheduled for April 11th to discuss findings. When Maria's assistant made the appointment I was a little nervous, so close to April 15th deadline. The girl assured me, it would be okay, as they would file electronically. The conference call NEVER happened. I sent multiple emails to Maria expressing my concerns about deadline. I called the assistants phone number, it had been disconnected. I did receive a call from a young man they filed an extension. I have NOT been able to get anyone to talk to me!! After 11 wonderful years, this is so wrong? They are not BBB certified, so I am at a loss. I don't know if an extension was filed, or is the IRS going to classify me as late! I cannot get any answers from Advanta e-mail. THIS IS SOOOO WRONG! IF THEY ARE EVEN STILL IN BUSINESS, DO NOT USE THEM, THEY HAVE NO PROBLEMS LEAVING A LONG TIME CUSTOMER OUT THERE WITH NO VALID STATUS!!

Maria Ngo is an exceptional tax consultant! Excellent service 100% we are repeat clients from many years and highly recommend her! Her fees are unbeatable. We live in Sugarland and drive all the way to Bellaire City to see her. She is worth the time, the money, and all stress of filing taxes are gone! She answers all our questions. She is excellent and her assistant Ana, is very sweet and friendly!
