I think this is the worst decision I could have made..This is only my opinion....and based on what I am going through with the teachers and other staff.I noticed just a few weeks ago that some of the staff is just there not to help the kids...And Mrs. Kaur is not my favorite she look down upon many...I noticed that within 10 minutes of a meeting.The principal..Mr. Crook he will listen but at the same time it's not much concern because he is for his staff,not really interested in the other side.I was excited about the school at first but now it's not something I am looking into next year. Maybe it's great for some...awesome for others but for me it's not what I expected.....

I do not recommend this school!!!! I strongly believe that having a trustworthy and honest principal is important. I was asked to assist with an event. I made it happened and spent LOTS of my personal time and money. I was told that I would be reimbursed and to date more than a year later the principal has made excuses and promises he cannot keep. Didn’t even get a Thank you!!! Most importantly, I do not even have a son or relative that attends this school and I helped because I wanted to but not expecting to get ripped off. I am all for helping but it’s frustrating when you get ripped off unrespecting.

If you are looking for a school that Brings out the best in our future men, Mickey Leland is the place. Parents I encourage you to give your young adult the oportunity to succed! Friendly staff, respectful environment, academicly prepared. Dont forget that school starts at home, if your student has a strong foundation from it, he will be succesful.
