Egna and her team went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day went without any hiccups. We can honestly say that our day went so smoothly with 0 issues, delays, or confusion, we are still trying to wrap our heads around how flawless it was. We had absolutely zero stress thanks to her.
Egna took the time to really get to know us and what we wanted out of our big day. She made sure all the vendors were timely and on point through the night. She ensured that guests with dietary restrictions were accommodated by the kitchen staff. We could sit here for awhile just going through all the little details she took care of but really the proof is in her reviews. Please do not hesitate to hire Egna and her team. They will go above and beyond for you at a price that is fair and not breaking the bank.

I cannot recommend Egna enough as your wedding coordinator. I just got married a few days ago and she made my wedding stress free and a great experience. She is professional, pays attention to detail and is not afraid to stand up to other vendors to make sure that you get what you want. She is also knowledgeable on how to bustle dresses. In addition, if you have an outdoor ceremony she will make sure to monitor the weather so that your wedding ceremony does not have to be moved indoors. I am so greatful to have hired her!

Egna was my day-of coordinator when my husband and I had our vow renewal at Oak Tree Manor (OTM) 3 weeks ago. Egna is OTM's preferred vendor, so if you plan on getting married at OTM, then you NEED Egna as your coordinator! They are the dynamic duo that make things happen on your wedding day!
Egna had the day running flawlessly from start to finish with communicating with the other vendors, with the bridal party, setting up the reception space, making sure we stayed with the timeline, and even could read the room well if she felt like certain things needed to be extended or shorted. She put the boutonnieres and corsages onto the bridal party and family. I had very simple DIY florals, centerpieces, and place cards, so she set those up for me free of charge, even though she typically charges extra for the service. OTM and Egna had a Friday wedding before our Saturday vow renewal, so Egna even threw in some extra baby's breath for the ceremony aisle and for our sweetheart table free of charge.
There was hardly any cleanup left to do at the end of the night because Egna was on top of everything and worked so well with everyone at OTM and my vendors.
She was also there to remind me and my husband to EAT! We definitely wouldn't have eaten very much between all the activities and mingling and dancing if it weren't for her reminding us.

I enthusiastically recommend Egna and A Particular Event.
She was the “day of” coordinator for my daughter’s wedding which took place at Oak Tree Manor. The wedding was scheduled for outdoors on July 7th and we were already getting the first rain bands of hurricane Beryl that day. Egna managed to take all of the stress off of us with her deft coordination and made the day a beautiful experience.
Without her help I have no doubt the day would have been extremely stressful but we were all able to enjoy ourselves immensely.

I don’t know how I would’ve done it without her. From start to finish she was amazing. So helpful and got along great with everyone. She knew when to be professional and when not to be! She did a great job and had fun doing it. She does it all. She also did my linens, and matched a very hard color I wanted. Helped set up decor, and was on top of every vendor making sure everything went perfectly. I can’t recommend her enough. She speaks spanish so when we had the rehearsal dinner at my aunt’s backyard it wasn’t awkward and she was respectful to everyone. She never crossed boundaries and always respected my wishes. I hired her as my day of coordinator and for the linens but she does a lot more! She is super fast too decor, set up and tear down was done in a total of maybe 2 hours? That’s for set up in the morning and tear down at night.
