Tipo de cambio carisimo 22.50 por dolar cuando esta a 19.00 Adrmas no conformes con eso, te cobran 10 dolares de comision!!!! Un verdadero robo!!! Mi consejo es NO CAMBIEN SUS PESOS CON ESTA GENTE!!! Cambirn su dinero si vienen por avion en Mexico y si vienen por tierra en la frontera!! No lo hagan con estos rateros aprovechados!!!

Ordered currency online for an upcoming trip and was quoted an estimated pick up date. 2-days prior to that date, I received an email saying my order was ready to be picked up. Great! I go into the store to pick up my order, lady behind the counter locates it (I can see my order in her hand), pauses, and says she's not allowed to give it to me until the quoted pick up date. I showed her the email that states verbatim "Please come pick up your order. You can now come pick up your order from Houston Galleria Mall" and still she refuses. I then called their corporate office and the woman I spoke with over the phone says that I shouldn't have any problems and everything's clear for me to pick up. I even passed my phone to the lady at the kiosk and she refused to listen to corporate! She said it was a kiosk rule put in place by their manager. Corporate lady calls the kiosk manager on my behalf, and alas she got no answer. Incredible the amount of frustration they're putting their customers through for absolutely no reason.

100% a scam. They charge you $15 flat to exchange and it could be 1 euro but they throw in a ridiculous exchange rate on top of the $15 and to return money they would give you literally half of what it was worth. Also they lied to me saying by word that if I come back within a month with leftover money with my reciept they would give me full exchange in return with no fee but when I came back they acted as if I was making it up. Why can't I rate negative 5 stars?

I see everyone one is complaining about a service fee that is not even that serious, they half to make a profit on something, I wouldn't imagine runninga free business, especially when it's handling money.. if you guys really want to avoid a fee or even not worry about long lines of that sort, you should look up BITCOIN ATM AND A BITCOIN DEBT CARDS, THAT IS GLOBAL!!!

Horrible! The website says this location opens at 11am on Sunday.. a small crowd of customers has been gathering at the kiosk since before 11am it is now 12:15!? No one has shown up!
