Jetstream RV Resort at Pearland

I’ve been at Jetstream Pearland since September and have enjoyed every minute of my time here. The staff, the neighbors, the amenities are all great. I thought it might be noisy since it’s on the beltway and 288 but I rarely even hear the traffic. The food trucks and special planned activities have been a bonus to my stay!

Quiet RV resort that offers a lot of great amenities. Great location close to Medical center, NRG among other city venues. They offer family room showers with a recreation center with plenty of private office space for your convenience, with a full coffee bar and entertainment lounge with pool table and arcade for your family to enjoy! They also have a heated pool for your all year round enjoyment!

After living here for 1.5 years I continue to have complaints that aren’t taken seriously. I’ve complained about the same dog being outside with no owner in sight who constantly antagonizes and barks at my dogs. I’ve been told there would be something done about this but nothing has changed. I’ve sent multiple pictures of this same complaint because they won’t even take a complaint semi-seriously unless you have photo evidence. I don’t feel like I should have to police other residents when they could have cameras set up in public areas and look at footage. 5 days ago I complained about a different dog being outside unsupervised on a 20-ish foot cable who was growling, barking and lunging at me until he kept got to the end of his cable. I told the office staff I was scared I was about to get attacked and asked the manager to call me and still haven’t received any communication from him. The grass cutting continues to not be handled in a timely manner, over 5-6 weeks to get the grass cut where people walk their dogs. You can’t fish the pond because there are 2 feet tall weeds most of the time. Our water went out for about 2 hours yesterday with no pressure and they sent no email to let the residents know anything was going on. I expect more out of an RV resort that charges over $800 plus electricity monthly. The rent has went up and we now have less amenities to show for the price. The last manager was present all day Monday-Friday and would gladly speak to residents about any complaints. She then always went and directly spoke to the person.

For the money it’s a great deal!! They have everything… pool, hot tub, bbq area, showers in more than one place, 2 laundries, game room, meeting room, well equipped workout room, yoga/pilates room, on site storage and next to a huge park and a 10 min drive from all the main stores (to the south). A sports bar and convenience store within walking distance and an enterprise rental car location right across the highway.
