I have been using this company for 6 months now and things were great but the last 3 scheduled cleanings didn’t go as expected.

1. Company needed to reschedule because 1st house was taking longer than expected, which was fine. I chose 2 other days for the same week and they agreed to come out the next day.
2. The next day the cleaner was running but still scheduled to leave at 3PM. I wasn’t going to allow them to rush cleaning my home so I canceled that month’s cleaning.
3. Today a new cleaner comes out and after cleaning 2 rooms I can’t tell it’s not going to work out. She really wasn’t cleaning just moving things on the counter top. She even started cleaning my kitchen with the same gloves she cleaned the bathroom with. I had to throw out food items because of this.

Based on the amount of money I was paying for a monthly cleaning service it can’t be hit or miss. Use at your own risk.

Contrate para un deep clean de mi casa, cuando regrese había basura aún en el piso, el microondas de grasa, el mesón con restos de comida, debajo del comedor ni aspiraron, llame a indicar esto a la compañía y enviaron de nuevo a las dos muchachas pero ellas volvieron muy desafiantes. Les indiqué donde faltaba limpiar y lo hicieron de mala actitud, no quise pedirles nada más. Cuando empecé a revisar todo bien todo seguía llena de polvo, pague 230 dólares por una limpieza muy mala y que al final me tocó volver a hacer, el piso de la cocina quedo con marcas de agua, de verdad que no hicieron un buen trabajo

Wow! Griselda did an outstanding job. My husband had ACL surgery and the house had been neglected due to his long recovery. My husband saw me stressed and overwhelmed so he called Ready Set Maids.

All the little things we just don’t have time for were cleaned. We got the deep clean and it’s a 10/10. We will without question have them come back in two weeks. My house smells like bliss everything is tidy.

Sandra is amazing. We have a sprawling ranch style and she made it spotless. With 2 dogs and 2 toddlers that’s almost impossible for me to do/keep up with and she is wonderful! Wanted to make a post about how great the cleaning service team that came to my new apartment was. Hilda and Gilma did such an amazing job cleaning from top to bottom and they far surpassed my expectations. The apartment I am moving into was dusty and had an odd odor once you walked in. Cupboards had dirt, the mirrors and windows were filthy and when i came in to inspect afterwards it was like I was walking into a brand new place.

Communication was great from start to finish with the dispatcher and customer service. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good deep clean.

I hired Molly Maid for office cleaning, and the experience was very disappointing. The cleaners arrived late, the appointment was at 11 am, they came in at 2:30 without any notice which disrupted our business operations. Despite the high price, the quality of the cleaning was subpar. Dust was left on desks, floors were not properly vacuumed, Cabinets wiped from outside, and not touch from inside and common areas were barely touched. They missed basic tasks like wiping down the kitchen counters and cleaning the bathroom thoroughly. When the customers service reached out to me and I addressed these issues, Chris the manager were unresponsive, unhelpful and professional. We ended up having to clean parts of the office ourselves after they left. I expected a much more professional service and won’t be using Molly Maid again for our office. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

This is the second time using their service; the first time they did good. I paid $70 for regular not deep cleaning of a 1/1 condo and they did an awful job. The floor was still filthy, microwave uncleaned with soup at the top, I made my own bed and had to remind them to wipe down the mirrors. I sent these pictures and contacted the owner and he said “sorry your having a bad day and hung up.”
They did not offer reimbursement… they wanted to send back the same 2 people (in photo) who did not speak any English whatsoever. Take your money elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

Thank Goodness for this company! We had them scheduled to clean our carpets and already the prices were great! On the day we needed service for our move out a cleaning person i had scheduled bailed last minute. When I called to move my carpet cleaning appointment the gentleman on the phone advised me they also do move out cleaning and someone could be there today. They totally saved our butts! She showed up on time, had all of her own equipment, was extremely friendly, and did an amazing job! Our total was so decent and it took so much stress off of our move. Would definitely recommend!!!

They got stains out of my carpet that I had struggled to remove for years, and the entire place looked brand new! I appreciated how straightforward they were with their quotation. I was very pleased with the service. The appointment was for 10-12 arrival, they arrived promptly at 10 am. 4 people came marching in with dolly’s and carts of cleaning supplies and went right to work! I had them clean my house top to bottom, it needed it too. I’ve been stuck in a wheelchair since two months before the pandemic, so it really needed it.
I was very pleased with the results. We did an inspection prior to them leaving, there were a couple of small things that I saw and they took care of them right away.
The people who showed up were very polite, professional and hard working! I will definitely use them again and I certainly recommend them. The cost was also like half of what merry maids wanted. Great price, great job, great value!

Used Revive for a move out clean. They did an excellent job! Didn’t ask what cleaning supplies they used, but whatever it was smelled great. Not a lot of companies work Sundays, so that’s definitely a plus. Surprisingly affordable for a move out clean. Highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again.
