Unprofessional and shady. The way they talked about me in front of other waiting customers in the lobby, as if I wasn't sitting right there, was totally uncalled for and embarrassing. Lied about not having an appointment. They refused to acknowledge messages they sent me confirming my appointment. They said it wasn't them. When it's clearing from their phone number, why would someone else impersonate them? Then wouldn't accept my insurance saying I needed authorization, which was another lie. My insurance even recommended them. I left before even starting the exam and will be making a complaint with state board and insurance provider.
