The Heights Catering

We recently had The Heights Catering cater our resident event for about 300 guests and I could not recommend them enough!! Their communication was processional from start to finish, always promptly responding and making us feel NO stress leading up to the event because they were so easy to work with. Brian came out to the property a few weeks before the event date to check out the space and make a plan, and on the day of, his team arrived right on time for the set up and executed the set up swiftly and professionally. I have never seen a company so organized. Genuinely, if you are looking for a stress-free process and event, The Heights Catering is for you! All this and I haven’t even mentioned the food- our residents couldn’t stop complimenting every single mouthwatering thing on the menu. They were also very generous with their portions, and every guest left full and satisfied. The lamb chops, wagyu beef sliders, grilled chicken, gulf shrimp, truffle Mac, Mexican street corn, and all the sauces received equal praise from the residents. I tested everything on the menu and was amazed at the flavors and tenderness! Usually with an event like this, there’s always one thing on the menu that doesn’t live up to the rest, but Brian and his team clearly take care to make sure each and every menu item meets their high standards. Brian and his whole team were so friendly and professional throughout the event, moving through the line of residents swiftly and efficiently so nobody felt as though they had to wait too long, and overall, they truly elevated our event. We are very much looking forward to working with them in the future, and if you choose to hire them for your event, be assured you will not regret it!!

We had Heights Catering cater for our wedding this fall. We were so incredibly happy with our decision. From the initial inquiry, Chef Brian and Vanessa were wonderful with communication. They were prompt, clear and easy to work with. We had a wonderful time meeting Chef Brian at our tasting-he is so kind, easygoing, and we could tell how passionate he is about cooking. We selected 3 hors d’oeuvres and a plated dual entree for our wedding. We had so many complements on our food all evening and after the event. The waitstaff were also so kind, professional, and attentive throughout the night. I highly recommend Heights catering and would definitely use them again for any future events!

From the moment you inquire about a date or event, Vanessa responds so quickly and is so helpful giving you all the information you need so you can secure the best service for your event. Regarding their food quality, clients and us alike have been nothing but impressed with Brian's delicious and extensive menu. If I were to get married again, I would inquire to no other catering company - even if that meant changing my date, the food is worth it. After a wedding, our clients always mention how wonderful the food and also tell us how even their guests were raving about the food! The Heights Catering provides a beautiful spread and their staff polishes the experience with high end service, elevating your event. The Heights Catering did an incredible job at my wedding! The food was presented beautifully. All of the food was fresh, colorful, and cooked to perfection. My guests raved about the food. Additionally, The Heights Catering provided all of the serving, plates, silverware, and even barware! They even had a service for waitstaff to collect, clean, and restock all of the bar glasses from my event. This was my third time booking The Heights Catering, and each time it just gets better and better!

We contracted the Heights Catering Company for our father’s 90th birthday celebration. Brian and his staff exceeded all of our expectations. The food was exquisite and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The presentation was outstanding and the staff continually worked to make sure all guests were happily served their beverages and their food. We had interviewed other services but Brian was the most professional and provided the best tasting menu ever prior to the event. I would highly recommend this company for any future celebratory event!
